I would give them B overall. They give a loan if I make an appointment and make sure I get another car. I would use them in the future.

The last vehicle I have now, I have had since 2000. Usually they send a survey in the mail after you have gone to request feedback which I think is really good. I take it there because I bought the vehicle there. The reason I take it back there is that they seem to always find more wrong with it. So sometimes you end up spending more even though you feel like you are getting by cheaper. They advertise low and then when you go in they try to find all of these other things. It is pretty aggravating. I can make an appointment with Herrin-Gear and they are ready for my car when I come. They can decided if you want to stay and wait which depends on what they do. I always get another vehicle. They have service vehicles that you can drive. That kind of service goes along with what they are doing for you. So cost is not just for what they are doing, it is how they handle their customer. The low price gets people coming there and then I have sat and waited a long time and then when they finally get to my car they always so well we found this and that. It is aggravating to me because I will say I did not bring it in for a diagnostic. I don't think that it goes over too good because you get that feeling. So I really haven't had a good experience with companies that just do regular bring it in fast services and you think you are getting something. That is my experience. You are not and I am not naming anyone right now. I am just saying why I go to Herrin-Gear and take my vehicle back where I bought it. I have never had to take my vehicle back and say I thought you did this and this is still wrong. I never have that. Everybody I have ever dealt with from the time I have been taking it there is an A.
