Richard provided an in-person estimate. I scheduled the work and he arrived on time and was very professional. My brick patio, brick walls, wooden fence, and roof cleaning looks great! He cleaned the green moss off the roof and brick walls, and treated the "green" stains on the wooden fence. Richard alerted me to a leak problem in my roof - much appreciated. I will hire him again and will share his info with my neighbors.
