I have a household of 4 girls and our bath drains have been slow forever. The Zoom Drain technician explained the situation and tested each fixture to analyze where the clog was and, sure enough when he snaked the sink line, the bathtub drain improved too. He also snaked the tub for good measure which I felt was nice of him. Ran lots of water to show improvement. Solid service.

He led me through the entire process, including clearing the clog, showing me with a camera the roots that caused the blockage in my sewer main, water jetting the line to remove the roots, and showing me the cleaned out line after he was done. 10/10 service.

As I was concerned that my clog was an indication of a drain collapse or tree root issue in my lateral, I chose to have or my drain scoped. Their excellent drain camera gave me a great view of the condition of my drain piping. It was reassuring to see that this was a â one offâ problem and that my drains are in good shape.
