Very collaborative and personable service.

After the carpet dried all the rooms had streaks in the carpet. All the rooms looked worse than before. I wasn' t expecting like new results, the carpets are over ten years old but well maintained. The company said they would send the contractor back next week, we will see what happens. Should have asked if the worker was a company employee or sub contractor.

Jason did a great job. He helped me pick the deep cleaning for our stained hall. The stains are gone!

The technician that came out and did the work was good. The company itself is fine. They seem to overbook. They didn t show up to my original appointment block and called in the last hour of the timeframe to say they ran long and needed to reschedule. Not sure if it was an anomaly or happens often.

I would advise after getting an estimate over the phone that an email be sent to show what was discussed. I should have went with my first company.

The re-stretching of my carpet was done well. My furniture was moved carefully and returned to its original placement. I found the office manager, Crystal, to be less than pleasant on the phone and rather rigid about pricing; hence the lower rating on customer service. That said, I would probably use this company again because I was pleased with work they did.

They did a good job but failed to get tile fully clean around the base boards. There was 1-2 inches from the base boards around the entire room that was wasn't cleaned well. My wife was able to take a scrub brush and get it clean. They offered to come out a take care of it but she had already done it. Workers were very nice and pleasant. Front office was very concerned and apologized.

I felt $200 for 2 hours of carpet repair work was high. I think $125-150 would have been more appropriate.

My incident occurred on 7/16/19. The company was very prompt in contacting me. They responded promptly. Their first visit was on 7/18/19. Subsequent visits were on 7/19, 7/22, 7/24, 8/6, 8/7 and 8/8. They handled the drying process, carpet cleaning, ceiling dry wall repair and repainting. I was comfortable with ProSteam handling the whole process. All service personal were polite, courteous, professional and evry customer oriented.
