The hygienist was excellent; she really worked hard to clean my teeth well and never caused me any discomfort. The dentist, Jan Olivier, was friendly and informative. The prices were very reasonable. I'll be returning to have a broken crown and some old fillings replaced.

The technician was very friendly and explained everything well. Follow-up with dentist was with Jan, who was also very friendly. They found pockets at my gumline on my back teeth that is going to be extra money to clean, I can't quite figure out why it's extra, cleaning is cleaning in my book. I'm still going to use this dentist because of the friendly staff. If they continue to rack up extra charges I'll re-think that.

The office is very comfortable and the staff is professional. Everything was explained beforehand so I knew what to expect. Staff covered approx cost to me after insurance which was very helpful. After meeting with the hygienist, the doctor came in and examined my teeth before discussing my treatment options. He was very nice and explained everything I would need done. He did not rush and I was very comfortable with what he told me. This was a great first experience to this office and would highly recommend them to my family and friends.

Good anesthesia. No pain during treatment. Laser finish to kill bacteria. Very professionally done.

The hygienist was excellent. She took, X-rays, cleaned and examined my teeth. Then the Dentist followed up with an examination and recommendation of work needed.

She likes the office and thinks everyone is very nice. She was able to get in right away. She was there quite awhile for her latest visit because it was her first visit. I think she had an "A" experience.

I went to them with a problem which they handled very well. I have been going there ever since. I am fully satisfied with their services so I have no reason to go anywhere else. I will continue to use them in the future.

They get you in fast and the staff is nice. The dentist takes the time to talk with you. I ve never had problems with the work done there. They are careful to use the painkillers and sedation dentistry is available.

We've been going to Ballas Dental Care for four years now. They have always been very friendly and professional. Their equipment is up-to-date and the office is clean and professional. The dental hygienists are very nice and do a good job cleaning. They do reminder calls and mail postcards for upcoming appointments. And they even sent us a blanket when our daughter was born! The only complaint we have is that they once made a billing error that took a couple of months to clear up with the insurance company-but they did take care of all the work for that (we did not have to call the insurance company ourselves).

Besides the good dental work, the are very attentive to their patients, they are very friendly the always notify you of your appointments and if you need to change it, it is no problem, they are very accommodating.
