Hired You've Got Maids for their "Spring" Deep Clean, which was absolutely amazing! While we clean and keep up with our house every week, we've lived in our home for more than 20 years and have had a dog all through that time. After our latest sweet dog passed, we decided it was time for a thorough deep clean, and we were super impressed. Every detail they promised to cover they covered. (e.g. I don't think our toaster oven knobs have looked this good since we bought it!:) The house was sparkling and I really like that they use green cleaning products, so we didn't have to worry about strong chemical odors. The house smelled nice and fresh. We were also touched by a little compassion they left behind. Given that our dog passed only a few weeks ago, we still have not moved his basket--just aren't ready. The team leader took great care to clean the basket, remove each toy and then reposition the toys very carefully and mindfully to create the sweetest display of our boy's favorite items. That kind of thing is just over and above--given that it was the first time we've used YGM, she didn't even know us. But we could tell she cared and shared our pain. While our budget won't accommodate weekly or bi-weekly cleanings, I will definitely call them again for special occasions or for a deep cleaning service. Well worth the investment!!!

Andrew and his team were very thorough! They even deep cleaned the teenagers bathroom spotless!!! As Realtors keeping up with the house gets hectic after baseball practice and games, neighborhood kids in and out etc.. Andrew was very courteous and friendly and his team did an outstanding job! Michelle is reliable and transparent. She is quick to answer any questions. The crews are consistent, friendly, cheerful and respectful. I would give 6 starts if I could.

I am extremely pleased with this organization. The owner, Michelle, and her team are professional and very personable. I always receive an email to remind me of my upcoming appointment as well as the time slot. Although, I see different team members each cleaning, the work is very consistent.

As Christmas approached, I realized that I had more and more to do; make gifts, wrap presents, bake cakes and cookies, clean the house, put up the tree, decorate the house, etc. How can I possibly get this all done in time? Then I remembered You’ve Got Maids. I called the Maids and they came on Dec. 17. They walked in with their tools and went straight to work. They cleaned everything from the crown molding to the baseboards. The bathrooms were sparkling. The kitchen and laundry room were spotless. They wiped down the cabinets and they even scrubbed around the doorknobs. My house has never been so cleaned. My advice is if you are becoming overwhelmed with your “to do” list, call You’ve Got Maids. Your house will be clean in no time.

Jessica and her crew did an amazing job cleaning our house - they had to contend with dog hair on all conceivable surfaces, high ceilings, etc. They did it efficiently and with great care and attention to detail. The house looks fantastic!

The gals were right on time and wore masks due to Covid. Really appreciated that. They got right to work cleaning every surface in the house. It is so great to have a sparkling clean house! I would highly recommend this service.

Great! Would recommend for sure. Crew of 3 and was out in 3 hours. My home has not been clean for awhile due to health issues. They did a great job considering. I can't wait for the next cleaning.

Cleaning was done superbly. The team was very professional, friendly, and very officiant. They got all nook and cranes. My home never looked better. This company is beyond my expectations. We needed help cleaning house after our previous vendor retired. We found You've Got Maids and decided to give them a try based on many favorable reviews. Michelle Miller is the epitome of customer service. Her teams are extraordinary and I was blown away the first time they cleaned for us. Not a spec of dust, kitchen and bathrooms sparkled. Shower doors looked like new. The last team that came led by Jess, was outstanding. Their prices are higher than we had in the past, but every single penny is well worth it. With a couple dogs and cats, we always needed to sweep or vacuum. They got the floors and carpets perfectly done (and couches too!). There are many small things they do that may not happen with other companies (empty and relining waste baskets, for one, and fan blades to baseboards for another). They have a long list of things they do as part of their standard cleaning process. It's very impressive. A very important thing for us was their concern for our health. Our team willingly wore masks and booties to protect us and our pets. They do a special sanitizing of faucets, counters, and other items, in line with CDC guidelines. It's incredible. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of a good house cleaning. Michelle is more than willing to work out a unique solution that fits any household. For the elderly, for the disabled, for the family large or small, for those in the work force, or anyone. This is the company that works closely with their clients. Our household recommends them.

We used You’ve Got Maids to do a deep cleaning. The team was punctual, efficient and very friendly. I admire their work ethic and the results prove it. I think this company does a good job training their staff. Now if only I could keep my house this clean!

Had a terrible experience both scheduling and with service. Scheduling was for a Monday. I took off work, only to find they said first thing (8;30) Tues. took off half day on Tues. call at 10 when they haven’t shown up. Sorry again we put a clean ahead of you. So sorry not to have called. As far as cleaning goes, my five year old son does a better job of cleaning his room. One example of many: paid to have inside of cabinets cleaned. Open one day after cleaning and could remove the dirt with my finger. Clearly they did not do,even though I confirmed with supervisor. Bottom line: if you use these guys you only have yourself to blame.

Fabulous crew. Great process. These guys have the art of house cleaning down to a science, literally. They send a team, the team members have specialties, and all of them are smart, well-trained, pleasant, professional and presentable. They told exactly what they would be doing and that's precisely what they did. One thing I really liked about their whole room process is that I don't have to try and direct them or remember what needs doing. They do it all every time. Also, really sharp eyes for things both my wife and I would have missed discussing with them.

Excellent. Michelle, one of the owners, came to look at what needed to be done, gave us an estimate while she was there based on examining every room and explained their services. We were on a tight schedule to get ready for an Open House within 7 days, and they accommodated our schedule and had the work done just before the Open House. The 3 people who came to clean were efficient, went to work immediately, and asked their questions before we left the house. They use environmentally safe products and they bring everything they need to clean the home. I would highly recommend this company for any type of cleaning. Once we move out of this home, we will be hiring them again to clean the home for the new owners.

My team of 3 headed by Ashley did another outstanding job. Always professional and thorough. They just don't miss anything!! I love the way they fold my towels and throws. Always unique! What a great feeling having my house spotlessly clean!! I have been using You've Got Maids for over a year now and will definitely continue!!
