Woke up again and the oil leak was the size of a basketball again. Called Clinton and he said bring it back on the 9th Monday and they will take a look at it. We told them we didn?t want car back until all items were corrected. The leather stain was already coming off overnight and looked like it was never stained. Wanted seat repair, transmission shifting properly and oil leaked fixed. He said he would call us as soon as he knows something. We called Select Motors because we hadn?t heard anything and Clinton said it is the oil pan gasket leaking and they need to order parts and they won?t have parts will be in on the 12th. Called on the 12th and they said it was on the rack and that they would have done on Monday. Called them on Tuesday, they said they had to order new front axles because it was damaged when they were trying to repair oil leak. When they lowered the chassis they didn?t have proper support and damaged the transmission oil pan also according the Chris at Complete Auto Repair. They said they repaired oil pan gasket and didn?t repair the O-ring, the said the car was shifting properly and they fixed leather seat again. Picked car up at closing time around 6pm. When driving home car was still shifting improperly but they are now closed. When we got home and opened the hatch they left it with a bungee cord holding my truck cover open, screw drivers sitting on top of battery, battery cover/storage sitting in back of car and dirty rags on top of battery and carpet. They unhooked the battery again when we told them not to because we paid for the car to be reprogrammed. Woke up to still oil leak size of a basketball also leather dye had all rubbed off again. Called and spoke to Doug at Select Motors he said to take it back to Complete Auto Repair for a diagnosis again and that they would pay for this. Which was a waste of our time because we gave them the complete report the first time we returned the car and they chose to ignore it. On my way to take car to Complete Auto I pulled out on to Clayton Road and the car wouldn?t shift into first gear and just stalled and I almost getting rear end on the road. I barely made it to Complete Auto. Chris at Complete Auto Repair said the O-ring is still leaking. Also checked transmission problem and Chris said it was low on fluid and now the pan was also leaking due to improper support when the repair was being done on the prior oil pan repair at Select Motors. The transmission had to be reprogrammed thru BMW dealership which has to be a software update to be complete the job properly according to Chris at Select Motors. Chris at Complete Auto called said he had an estimate to repair car so it was drivable. Chris contacted Clinton and informed him of repairs needed. Clinton contact us and said to bring the car back in and they would take a look at where it is leaking from. I ask Clinton if they were going to fix the transmission he said NO just oil leak. At this point we feel that this is going on long enough and they are not capable to make the necessary repairs. I called Clinton and told him to let Chris repair the car and we would split it 50/50 as stated on our warranty. He wanted to tow our car back to his shop to look at it again but at this point we felt his shop is not qualified, has had the car long enough to fix these problems, doesn?t have the necessary tools and equipment to work on an import car. We bought the car on April 28 and it is now May 25 and we have had our car a total of 3 days out of the last month! Chris at Complete Auto Repair had our car a total of 3 days and fixed all repairs properly. We still have a leather seat that is still unfinished and running boards that haven?t been painted! They do not stand behind their cars and do not know what they are doing!!!
