This company and its employees for the most part are extremely professional and courteous. They are not cheap, but we have not had any issues with bugs or insects. One incident keeps me from giving them five stars for customer service (although I shouldn't let one bad experience influence my overall perception of these guys) - this past holiday season, we noticed tiny bugs in the garage and the bathroom around the sink - about 5 total. They looked like weevils, but we didn't know plus we didn't find any in the kitchen, let alone the flour. I called to schedule someone to come out and take a look and the young lady I talked to googled what I was telling her and basically told me there was nothing they could do. That did not impress me too much, especially since a. we are under contract and b. we hadn't determined what it was...but beyond that, this company is very good.

The contract was to long and expensive! Communication with the office was focused on length of contract and not schedule of treatments.

We hired Edge for pest control. They were very responsive and organized. Their tech broke our Christmas light and they were quick to replace. So far the bugs are staying away. They might be a bit more expensive than others though.

The small eco-friendly company I had been using closed down during the "recession". Edge was highly recommended. They wanted a 2 year contract, but I held out for 1 year. The initial interior application left an unpleasant chemical smell, so we haven't let them do the interior again. Compared to other small companies, they seem pricey. HOWEVER: they do an excellent job on the exterior. They are always on time and the staff is pleasant. I don't plan to stay with them.

Edge Pest Control has done an amazing job for me. They are very professional and friendly. Also they are very good at what they do! I had a very serious problem with mice, but once they got here they were immediately taking care of my problem. I would definitely recommend this Company.

They are very nice to work with

The person that came out to check the traps couldn't answer must of our questions and wanted to pull the traps early. They did send someone out every other day to check the traps but we had to pay the large amount of money and the mole was never caught. So I don't see why we have to spend money and get nothing caught. We only had 2 weeks and now if the mole keeps tearing up my yard I have to pay more money to catch him. I feel we are throwing money in the hole with the mole.

I really don't know of the quality of their work just yet. We'll have to wait and see after several months to see the actual results of their efforts. But based on he companies customer service, promptness, and reps knowledge I'm giving a high rating. NOTE:They were very "flexible" on their pricing when I displayed my "indecisiveness" on choosing a pest control company.

Insanely overpriced. Spent the whole time trying to upsell instead of handling my problem.

A week after moving into my home I heard a noise coming from crawl space. The day Edge came out I saw a stray cat who probably came from the space as the window cover was broken and cat was standing by. Edge said they signed me up for the wrong service and need to come back next week, IE: today. They have not come out yet. I am unsure how I feel about them at this point.

We started out with spiders around back deck and front porch they are making a lot of webs. All spiders and webs typically don't disappear overnight but they will be back.
