Very Good Service. I saw the special sale price on Angie's List and thought since I've never had the Chimney cleaned (13-years!!), this might be a safe purchase. I received excellent Customer service from Absolute Clean. The receptionist was friendly, the workers were very professional and cleaned up better than when they arrived. I was a little surprised and the condition of their Van and a shop vac that was used, but it got the job done. They arrived exactly on-time, introduced themselves and went straight to work. The inspection on the Dryer vent and Furnace revealed no issues and they did not try to sell me something I didn't need. They did offer other services at a reasonable price, and I was please that when I said "No thank-you", that was that. No hard up-sell is very nice to see. My experience with Absolute Clean was very professional and I would use them again in the future.

I will start by saying I am a woman in my early 30's and noticeably pregnant. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but you never know when you're going to get "car service scammed" in this sort of situation. Well, I did. Looks like I have to have my husband home to get honest work done. I bought the $49 duct cleaning deal on Groupon. When the two service men arrived, they did a quick scan of my house then went downstairs to see our unit (I let them know we actually had another unit in our attic, but they didn't seem interested). They then gave me a price of $260 for the work needed. I was confused, and reminded them that I had a Groupon, and was only interested in getting the work covered by the deal. The head guy thought for a moment, then told me that, " really, he wasn't supposed to do this, but..." He explained to me that instead of getting our vents cleaned, they could fog them, which was much more expensive and a much better procedure. He said that this would kill any mold or anything in there, and if any of us have bad allergies, this will make a huge difference. Having 4 pets, I asked if it would get rid of all of the hair, dust, etc. that has been building up for years. He thought for a second, then assured me this stuff was so strong, it would just kill everything. It was definitely the way to go. Assuming he was being nice, I told him thanks for giving me the deal and to go ahead and do it. Stupid me. About 20 minutes later, the guys were finished (did I mention I took the WHOLE afternoon off of work for this because it was supposed to be a 2-3 hour procedure?) They were nice, shook my hand and went on their merry way. I even tipped them. Well, when our house started to smell like chemicals, I got out of there because I figured it couldn't be good for a pregnant woman. I called my husband after I had left and told him about our great "deal." He then went on to do a little research, including calling a few other companies, and found out we were totally SCAMMED! The guys just didn't want to spend a Friday afternoon cleaning our ducts and instead convinced me to do something that is absolutely pointless unless the ducts are CLEAN! I called Absolute Clean and left a voicemail explaining what had happened. The admin called me back that evening, apologized and assured me they'd take care of the situation. On Monday, I spoke with the owner who was very nice and professional, and offered to have someone else come out and do the job correctly. Because we no longer trusted them in our home, we opted not to have the company return. Instead, the owner said to have Groupon refund our money. They did, without question. So, while the owner seems professional and cares about the service, I was totally taken advantage of by his employees. It's unfortunate you just can't trust people to do a good job.

They did an awesome job and the greatest part was how they took the time to educate us about the care needed for these three items to keep them safe and for them to work from years to come. We just moved into the house and this information was invaluable. We were more that happy with the service. Thanks

They cleaned up the lint in the dryer, told me exactly what to do to correct the problem and came back free of charge when I had issues following their directions. I would defintely recommend this comapny again! They are on my call again list whenever I need their services

Ontime service, professional, answered my many questions. I am a visual person, so I wanted to see/inspect the product and services they were performing. Enjoyed their attention to my questions, very pleasant gentlemen. Did not feel pressure to purchase the other products..........I could see the quality of the products, much better then what I had. I highly recommend their services.

Went well. They called when they were on their way, and only took about 45 minutes to complete the job.

Absolute Clean came out within two days of us calling. Within minutes of arriving they identified that fireplace was in need of some serious work before being used. They were completely honest, even taking the time to show me what the issues were. Absolute Clean does not do the chimney repair so we had bought the BIG DEAL that we were going to be unable to use. Absolute Clean was nice enough to convert the deal into a vent cleaning (which we needed as well). They came back in three days to do the vent cleaning. They were very efficient, finishing the job within an hour. Bottom line: Absolute Clean does amazing work and their costumer service is impeccable. I would strongly recommend their services to anyone...I know we'll use them again.

I was looking for a reputable company to fix my air quality problem in my home resulting in feeling ill, having breathing problems, constant sneezing and couphing. Upon speaking with a representative at absolute clean, they seem to be very knowledgable regarding my issues. I ask if they could give me a inspection and see why me and my family were have these issues. They came by the next day as promised and show me the potential problems due to moisture leaks in my basement and what needed to be done to correct the issue of possible mold and later test did prove it conclusively from the lab. in completing the agreed work on what needed to be done a few days later. it was taken care the same week. problem solved and my indoor air quality has improved 100 percent.

My best friend's mother had been challenged with sickness for quite some time. She had been complaining about mold in her house. We had several people come out and do inspections. Most of them were expensive. We could not meet their requirements at the time. We finally called Absolute Clean. They came out and did a thorough inspection. He actually found the mold problem that the other companies never mentioned. He gave us a detailed description of how it would be removed. We hired them for the job. They did an excellent job. They were completely knowledgable which made them able to do an exceeding job. They came in and removed the mold. They removed some paneling and drywall that had been previously missed by the other contractors. They scrubbed the mold. They chemically treated the mold problem. They actually ozoned the whole premises to get rid of all of the mold. They also found asbestos insulation that was missed by the previous companies we had to come out and look at the problem. They removed the asbestos for us. They worked around our time schedule which was a great help. They were very courteous and polite. I would recommend them highly.

Paul From Absolute Clean came into my place of business and found air vent problems in my store, upon this he cleaned up the air vents to make sure that we can breath, and have better health in the long term, his price was very affordable and would recommend this company to anyone
