Awesome, clean up was great & they showed up when they were supposed to.

Shane came to inspect our ~ 23 yr old pin oak tree and to give us a bid on trimming of some lower branches. I also inquired about the yellowish leaves and he said that it needed iron and it would take a few weeks before we noticed a color change. The trimming crew came out when promised and did the trimming which included clipping out some small dead branches and twigs in the main body of the tree. Clean up was excellent. Shane arrived a couple of days later to take care of the iron "feeding". The tree looks great and the leaves are beginning to get a deeper green color to them. Everything from the initial phone call to the work to the invoice and billing was top notch. I would certainly call them again!

The initial bid was as easy as anything I've ever dealt with. Shane was at my house at precisely the time that was agreed upon. A quick walk around the yard to assess the situation. He asked what I was looking for. We discussed all possibilities but did not want to completely get rid of all of the trees. I asked his opinion and on which trees he would remove and which should stay. He gave me his suggestions and we ended up settling on what we wanted removed. The next step was the guys showed up to get started, I did not have a "I need it done now" date, so I was pretty flexible on when it could be completed. The job was started and finished in a total of 3 days (starting roughly 1 week after the initial bid). The men working in the yard were all cordial and easy to talk to. Honestly, if you couldn't hear the chainsaws, you really wouldn't know they were there. In all honesty, this was one of the best experiences I've had with regards to home improvement. Once the job was complete, I received a follow up call from Shane (about a 3 days after they finished) asking if there was anything that was missed, or not satisfactory (there was nothing). I couldn't be happier with the decision to thin out the yard. Now on the rest of the "honey do's". Absolutely GREAT experience!

Excellent service. We had a large tree that was slowly dying. Gateway Tree Care made it super easy. I called them, they came out and gave me a bid. They were the middle bid of 3 that I received. I decided to go with them because they had been in business for some time and had read other customer reviews that were good. They arrived as promised and took the tree down. My yard was cleaned up perfectly. They even saved a section of the tree where birds had laid eggs in a nest, which I thought was so sweet. About a week after the tree was removed the stump was ground out. All debris was cleaned up and removed and the work was performed professionally. I didn't have to do a thing! I would highly recommend them.

They came a little late the 1st day, but it was fine. Too windy to finish the first day so they had to come back the following Monday. The remaining trunk pieces were too big at the end of that day, so they returned Tues to finish up.

The workers were polite and fast. They even cleaned up other limbs stacked in the yard when they arrived very pleased with the work.

Requested a quote received in timely manner. Scheduled work to be done within days. Company on time, reasonable price extremely courteous and temper clean up! Well recommend and use again.

Perfectly! Clean up great too. No extra branches etc. laying around. Stump was removed later the same day. Owner & workers were friendly but professional. I gave them an extra $50 to treat them for lunch!

Had to re schedule truce due to weather. Share kept in contact and was no-active. Crew arrived on time. They did a great job even cut up some of the large branched for firewood. Came back the following week to remove the stump. Well definitely use them again!
