Company tore out all old deck pieces and disposed of them. Poured new footings and concrete slab for base of stairs. Clean-up was superb and new deck is now 5 years old and wonderful! The projects all went very well. The original estimate was $4765. The final bill was $4834. DESCRIPTION OF WORK
We recently married and, to make co-habitation easier, we wanted a number of "smaller" remodeling projects completed. These included power-washing and staining of deck posts, repair of exterior door frame that was not sealed properly by the original builder, closet remodeling in the master bedroom, updating electrical outlets and switches, installing a new six-panel door to increase storage space, adding cabinets in the laundry room, upgrading trim on cabinets in the kitchen, repair and repaint various drywall cracks/gouges and installing a new, water-efficient toilet. They did more, but you get the idea. None of the projects were huge in and of themselves and they crossed an range of skill sets.
