They arrived at the expected time, were courteous with their work--cleaning as they worked and vacuuming when complete. They did a beautiful job both on the interior and the exterior. I look forward to using them for our next window project!

A customer service rep came out, measured and bid our whole house for window replacement. The rep was very professional, giving us all the discounts he could. I wasn't impressed with some of the working parts of the sample window he showed. We did not choose this company because of overall price and wasn't a fan of the window he showed.

We were pleased with their work. They worked in the time frame they said they would and were very professional. The estimate they gave us was accurate. We would recommend them.

We contracted with Wellington Window, St. Louis Park to replace all the windows in our two story house in 1998; that went great. We recently had a few problems with windows,listed above. We called Wellington Windows and they were able to send a window technician out within a week; he not only checked and repaired the windows we mentioned, but also checked all windows to ensure they were operating properly. All we paid was a trip charge, parts were at no charge.

They seemed to have a good product. Everything went well except that we wanted to provide our own stain. They didn't notice that it was a bad match and had to remove the trim and replace it with the right color stain. There was a minor problem, but they handled it well.

They replaced a very decrepit old window and frame in our 1954 house. The new window is a VAST improvement and looks great inside and out. Reps came on time. We also got UV film on the window, which had a ripple in it. When informed of this, they came out and without hesitation replaced the two double-hung windows with single pane slider to fix the UV film ripple. My only complaint: Inside frame has a line where the stain doesn't match the rest of the frame stain. Seems that simple quality control on their part should have caught this. On the other hand, they offered to fix that also and we opted to do it ourselves to save time.

I am very pleased with my service from Wellington. Their sales person was courteous and knowledgeable. I received estimates from a handful of different companies and their prices were quite reasonable and on par with others. The crew that installed my window was professional and neat and were in and out in the time frame that they estimated.

They replaced seven windows for me. One of the windows came in at the wrong size but they were very responsive to the matter. They were also very responsive and cordial to any other questions or concerns I had during the installation. They have been extremely easy to deal with and I would definitely recommend them to others.

Went to company headquarters in St. Louis Park, met with Keven Steen, sales manager and made arrangements to come to our house and make an estimate. He came looked over the project, explained in detail exactly what they would do, and came up with a figure and said that if they got the contract, it would take about 3 weeks to acquire the materials and fabricate the windows. We added a front door and expanded the contract to include two stationary windows that were on each side of the front door. After accepting our accepting their bid, they called in three weeks to install. They were always on time, were complete in their explanations, neat, prompt and the workers that came, Jeremy and Mike were just great.

I had these windows put in in two stages so I talked to three different sales people, Jim L, Keven S,and Troy D. All three where very friendly, knowledgeable, prompt and attentive. I had estimates from two other companies at the same time and went with Wellington because of the product and the contact with these three people. The first windows were ordered on 12/19/2006 and installed the week of 01/26/2007. The second set of windows were ordered 02/08/2007 and installed the week of 03/02/2007. We had the same install crew for both sets of windows and I am sorry I don't remember their names because they were a very professional and pleasant team to work with. They were on time and made sure the floors were covered because of the need for many in and out trips while installing the windows. They did a great job of clean up on completion. The only major draw back was, We had three windows that had stress cracks that had to be replaced and it took a month to get them replaced.

I was impressed with their product, professionalism, promptness and working crew. The job was done in less time than they estimated and the final product is wonderful. I love the windows. I was also impressed with the clean up.

I thought they did a really good job. They were punctual for their appointments and cleaned up pretty well after themselves. I think they could've explained a little better about the differences in window sizes from the originals though.

Keven, the salesman, was always on time, very knowledgable and was very helpful with suggestions. The installers were also on time. They knew their business and finished the job in good time. The windows and doors look great, they operate with ease, and I am very happy with them. Each day they cleaned up everything before they left. They washed the windows and cleaned all finger prints off the doors.

WELLINGTON HAD INSTALLED A LARGE BAY WINDOW FOR ME 8 YEARS AGO; I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK AND THE QUALITY OF THE WINDOWS AND FOR THIS REASON CHOSE THEM TO REPLACE THE REMAINING WINDOWS IN OUR 45 YEAR OLD HOUSE. SALESMAN WAS NOT PARTICULARLY HELPFUL OR AVAILABLE WHEN I HAD QUESTIONS AFTER SIGNING THE AGREEMENT HOWEVER ON THE WHOLE WAS PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS. I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THE TWO INSTALLERS; VERY CAREFUL, FAST AND EXTREMELY CLEAN. I HAVE RARELY HAD SUCH AN AGREEABLE EXPERIENCE HAVING WORKERS IN THE HOUSE. THE WINDOWS ARE BEAUTIFUL AND REALLY HAVE GIVEN THE HOUSE AN AMAZING FACE LIFT, NOT TO MENTION MORE EFFICIENT CLIMATE CONTROL.

INSTALLERS WERE ON TIME EACH MORNING...EVEN EARLY. THEY WORKED LIKE THE ENERGIZER BUNNY...NEVER STOPPED WORKING WHILE THEY WERE HERE! CLEANED UP BEFORE THEY LEFT EACH DAY, AND FINISHED THIS BIG JOB IN ONLY 3 1/2 DAYS. THE FINISHING AND TRIM WORK IS VERY NEAT AND ATTRACTIVE, AS ARE THE WINDOWS AND THE DOOR...THEY LOOK GREAT! I'M SURE THEY'LL IMPROVE THE HEATING EFFICIENCY OF OUR HOME. THE PRICE WAS A BIT HIGHER THAN OTHER ESTIMATES, BUT REASONABLE FOR THE EXCELLENT PRODUCT AND WORKMANSHIP. WE WOULD RECOMMEND WELLINGTON TO ANYONE PLANNING TO REPLACE THEIR WINDOWS.

SALESPERSON WAS KNOWLEDGABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. WINDOWS PROPOSED APPEARED TO BE OF HIGH QUALTIY, BUT WERE CONSIDERABLY MORE EXPENSIVE THAN WINDOWS WE ULTIMATELY SELECTED.

SO FAR A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE. WE TOURED THEIR SHOWROOM/MANUFACTURING FACILITY AND JOHN, A MANAGER, SPENT A CONSIDERABLE AMOUNT OF TIME WITH US, EXPLAINING THE PROCESS AND ANSWERING OUR QUESTIONS. DOUG, WHO CAME TO OUR HOME TO DO THE ESTIMATE, WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE PRODUCTS AND DIDN'T PRESSURE US TO BUY ANYTHING WE DIDN'T NEED. WE'RE LOOKING FORWARD TO THE INSTALLATION OF THE NEW WINDOWS AND PATIO DOOR.

THE SALES REPRESENTATIVE WAS ON TIME. THE PRICE AND QUALITY OF THE WINDOWS WERE COMPARABLE WITH OTHER BIDS. I DID CHOOSE ANOTHER COMPANY.

SALES & INSTALLERS WERE QUICK TO MAKE CREATIVE SUGGESTIONS AS TO WINDOW & DOOR SIZES, LOWERING OF THRESHOLD, & PANE PLACEMENT TO INCREASE VENTILATION, INCREASE ESTHETIC VALUE, & ALLOW EASY ACCESS & USE BY WHEELCHAIR USER. ALL APPOINTMENTS WERE PROMPTLY KEPT. ALL INSTALLATION DONE BY COMPANY INSTALLERS, NOT SUBCONTRACTORS. INSTALLATION WAS DONE W/LITTLE HOMEOWNER INCONVENIENCE, & FREQUENT ASKING FOR HOMEOWNER INPUT.INSTALLERS WERE NEAT & CLEANED UP COMPLETELY WHEN JOB FINISHED. JOB WAS COMPLETED IN 1 DAY AS PROMISED. WE HAVE USED THIS COMPANY B4, & WILL HAPPILY CALL THEM FOR BIDS ON ANY FUTURE WINDOW REPLACEMENT!

OUR EXPERIENCE WITH WELLINGTON WAS EXCELLENT. (WE ALSO PURCHASED 7 REPLACEMENT WINDOWS FROM THEM). JIM THE SALES REP ANSWERED ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS. THE INSTALLATION GUYS DID A GREAT JOB AND WERE VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY EVEN POLITELY TOLD US THAT WE SHOULD GO OUT AND BUY A NEW DOOR BELL TO GO WITH THE BEAUTIFUL NEW WOOD GRAIN DOOR (I.E, THE ORIGINAL DOOR WAS CHEAP LOOKING)!

OUR EXPEREINCE WITH WELLINGTON WAS GREAT. JIM OUR SALES REP WAS VERY LOW PRESSURED, WHICH IS WHAT WE LIKE. HE ANSWERED ALL OUR QUESTIONS AND GAVE US ADVICE WHEN WE ASKED FOR IT. THE INSTALLATION GUYS WERE VERY POLITE, PROFESSIONAL, AND ANSWERED ALL OUR QUESTIONS. THEY DID A NICE JOB CLEANING UP AS WELL.

COMPANY TOLD ME THESE WINDOWS WOULD KEEP THE COLD OUT IN WINTER AND HEAT OUT IN THE SUMMER. UNFORTUNATELY, THIS WAS NOT THE CASE. THE WINDOWS WERE THE WRONG WINDOWS AND I TOLD THEM HOW THE COLD WAS COMING RIGHT THROUGH THE WINDOWS. IT WAS A VERY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE. THE COMPANY DID ADMIT THAT THE WINDOWS WILL NOT CONTROL THE WEATHER. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

THEY ARE VERY IMPRESSIVE. THEY GAVE US A FOLDER FULL OF REFERRALS AND ALL THEIR WARRANTIES-FULL PACKET OF INFORMATION. THE QUALITY OF WINDOW AND VARIETY OF WOOD COLOR IS WHAT IS PULLING US TOWARD THEM ALONG WITH THE FACT THAT THEY DO ALL THEIR OWN WORK.

WE WERE VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT THEY WOULDN'T STAND BY THEIR PRODUCT THAT WE FEEL THAT WAS DEFECTIVE OR INSTALLED IN A FAULTY MANNER.
