They gave me the second drain at a discount because I was an Angie's list member. They were promt and did what they said they would do. No problems.

I called SOS on a Sunday afternoon and asked if someone could come to clean our floor drain on Monday. I was told that they would be over between 10 and noon. I got a call at 11:30 verifying that I was home and by noon Randy was at our house. Randy was professional and friendly. He explained what he was doing and answered all my questions. He went in through the floor drain by our laundry machine and cleaned from there all the way to the other said of the house where it connected up with the main drain. He told me there were 2 places that felt blocked up and explained that it was probably the combination of the laundry and kitchen drains being right by each other that was causing the blockage (lint/food/grease buildup). After he was done, Randy cleaned up the area around the drain. He also gave me a suggestion to use a nylon as a lint trap rather than the store-bought mesh kind. I was very pleased with the experience and I would definitely recommend this company/use them again. The whole process took 30-45 minutes. Price reflects Angie's List coupon (10% off).

I called about the plugged drain this afternoon. Randy came out within a few hours. He fixed the problem in about a half an hour. Additionally, he talked about the plumbing in the house, which was very helpful. Randy asked how I heard about the company. When I mentioned Angie's list, he applied the 10% discount. Same-day service; great attitude. I highly recommend the company.

2 hours after the appointed time, I got a call apologizing and saying that he would be there in 30 min. While this wasn't a problem for me at the time, 2 hours late is a pretty serious issue. Aside from the lateness, the service was fast and effective. No subsequent problems with that drain. He even gave me the Angie's List discount despite the fact that I didn't have a coupon.

I called SOS Plumbing at 7:30 a.m. Monday, and Randy said he would try to get someone there by 10 am. He quoted over the PHONE fixing one drain as approximately $105, and I think the main drain as $135. I was impressed because right away on Angie's List this company was near our area (we live in Fridley), they had amazing reviews, and they had a coupon for 10% off of the work. Randy was able to come earlier (which was a nice surprise), was considerate, sweet, and kind to our dogs in the house. He was very efficient with his time, because the job required him to cut a 12 x 12 inch sized hole in the wall to create access to the basement drain trap, which was the source of the problem. He answered all of our "sophisticated" and non-sophisticated questions without hesitation. I was amazed at the ending total cost.

Main drain backed up. Called first thing in the morning and they arrived in the afternoon. Price reflects deduction of Angie's List coupon. Friendly & knowledgeable service.

They did a great job! They came out the day after I called them, took about 1/2 hour to clear the drain, were professional, polite - would definately call again if have same issue.........

We called Saturday morning, after checking Angie's list, and there was also a coupon in the monthly magazine. Brad came out an hour later and found that the floor drain was clogged and not the main one. He told us that with using the water softener with all the salt it builds up blockage. He recommended that we run cold water down after each time it regenerated and have the floor drain done every two years so that we don't have the same problem. Brad was great and answered all our questions along with some advise. We were charged the weekend rate and we were able to use the 10% off coupon.

Randy from SOS cleared the clog. It was stubborn but he stuck with it until the drain was clear. He offered a suggestion to help keep the drain clear as well. We have not had any problems since then.

I called at about 8:15 because my basement floor drain was clogged. Someone showed up to clear it at 9am and was done by 9:30!! I was really impressed with how quick they responded.

Brad was punctual, very professional and knowledgeable, explaining what he was doing while he did some troubleshooting.

The individual was not only prompt in arriving, but in tackling the issue. He had resolved our backing up issue and was gone in less than 30 minutes. Additionally, he was extremely friendly and clearly explained exactly what was done. If we need more drain work, they will have our business for sure.

Excellent. They came the same day which was incredibly snowy. The serviceman was friendly and professional. They cleared the mainline and we have not had any trouble since.

I spent a couple of hours trying to open the drain without success. It took him an amazingly short time to clean the drain and put everything back together.

We asked for the first appointment of the day (between 7-8a) which is great for working professionals. Marty arrived at 7:15. He unclogged the bathroom sink and cleaned the pipes, showing us how to clean the trap ourselves. He was unable to unclog the toilet with the plumbing snake and gave us a few options for next steps. He ended up removing a toilet, snaking it with a much more powerful snake, resetting the toilet and recaulking. He was there for almost 4 hours but everything was fixed and back in working order. He did a great job cleaning up afterwards and was very polite.

Everything went well. No complaints. Best drain cleaning company I have ever used!!

The main drain was backed up. Poo and paper in the basement, big yuk! Roots had blocked the drain. SOS came quickly, mechanical removal of the roots and anything else blocking the pipe, out to 100 feet. I cleaned the floor. Lesson learned.

When I contacted SOS, I got an immediate response and was offered a same day appointment. While i couldn't do the day appt, I really appreciated the responsiveness. The appt was set up for the next morning and Randy arrived right as scheduled. He did a great job -- he was courteous and efficient. I highly recommend them.

Called to make an appointment for the next day. Jeff said he had someone in the area and they could be out in an hour. Showed up within the hour and cleaned out kitchen and laundry sink drain.

We had a slow-draining shower drain. I tried all the usual home-store remedies and tools over the weekend to no avail. I called SOS at 7am Monday and to my surprise I got a real live person that early! I was given a 9-11am window. Randy called at 8:45 and said he'd be here at 9 and he was! He was professional, cleared the drain in 5-10minutes, cleaned up after himself, explained the drainpipe anatomy to me and was gone by 9:30. Well done SOS!
