"This is actually my first review for pretty much anything. That’s how proud of the work I am. The owner did an exceptional job to say the least. I’ve had my car detailed before and paid WAY more, for LESS quality of work. The last place I would say “cleaned” my car, but didn’t detail it. The owner had my car for twice as long as the last place I brought it too, and now I can see why. My interior literally looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor. I had a few stains in the carpet, headliner and seats. All gone. The exterior paint.. it’s literally like a mirror, and that’s not exaggerating. The paint looks and even feels better than the day I bought it. The hood on my car had hail damage. He found a hood, and installed it for a fraction of the price of anywhere else. I can’t complain one bit. The owner was extremely polite, professional and more than fair on pricing. Would definitely recommend."

"As you can see from previous reviews, there are no complaints on these people. I liked that they responded immediately, and were ready to come as soon as I needed them on both occasions. They were friendly, thorough, punctual, provided their own supplies and equipment, and did a really good job with attention to detail. I keep noticing another item that they attended to, and the bathrooms and kitchen areas are spotless. It is so nice to have found them- will use again. I have had problems with other housecleaners with everything from not showing up, borrowing and breaking my vacuum, breaking things around the house and not mentioning it, smoking cigarettes, and just not doing a thorough job. "I hired “We Clean Carpets” to clean two bedrooms one hall and stairway. Biggest mistake ever for carpet cleaning The tech showed up as requested June 21st. He brought in his carpet shampooer, hooked it up to my kitchen faucet. As he was doing this, the horrible smell that came out of the hose was overwhelming! I mentioned it to him, he just stated “it won’t go into your carpets. So no worries” never mind the kitchen sink, drain etc. Ugh! He started with the stairs, then moved up to landing. I noticed water pouring out on my kitchen floor from the bottom of machine. I yelled for him, he said it was more than likely caused by previous shampoo soap used. I cleaned that up and waited for him to finish. When complete, I walked upstairs with him to see how it turned out. The carpets were still so wet that my feet were soaked. When I mentioned that, he stated “oh yah, I even went over them twice! Just open your windows to help circulate.” Never mind that it was June and hot outside! I decided that I just wanted him to leave, so I paid the unexpected amount of $210.00. A few hours later I was sitting in the living room and noticed a puddle of water at the bottom of the stairs. I wiped it up but already warped my laminates. I called them immediately, they sent someone out to take a pic of the floor within a few days. That was the end of their communications. I have had to contact the Service Manager 3 times, with him swearing he would look at the picture and call me back. Of course that never happened. Yesterday I called and told them if I did not hear back by end of day with a resolution I was filling with Better Business Buruea and my credit card company. Of course no response. So, here starts my reviews. Oh and if you are wondering, it took aprox 2 1/2 days to fully dry. Also,less than 2 weeks, the heavier dirt areas look like they did before. And yes I knew it wouldn’t be brand new, but wasn’t in bad shape to begin with. Please be careful IF you chose to use this company ?"
