"Strangest contractor experience of my life. They sent an employee out to our house for an inspection. He was super thorough, answered all of my questions, taught me a lot. That was on a Tuesday. Six days later, I hadn't received an estimate! So on Monday morning I called the office, and asked if we'd be getting an estimate. The gentleman on the phone said that he'd emailed an estimate on Thursday. I looked in my inbox and SPAM folder, but there was nothing. He replied that "somebody had made a typo" and left the "m" off the ".com" part of my address. He promised to send it right away, and follow up later in the day. I never received the estimate, or the follow-up. My recommendation? Don't waste your time with Marvel."

"The tech came and identified a loose wiring immediately. After the wire was reattached, the pump worked as it should. The tech was done in a few minutes and out of the house in 15 min after some chatting. The charge was $193, which seemed quite high. After asking for a discount, it was lowered to $175. Except for the price, I was very pleased. Bill and his tech were responsive and professional. I would hire again if the price seemed more reasonable."
