Oh my goodness, these guys are amazing! I took it in knowing it would need a ton of work. They did an inspection and gave me the breakdown. They were super helpful and knowledgeable and didn't talk down to me even once even though I had obviously let my car fall into great disrepair. They offered my a loaner and I had my car back in 2 days. It's a family owned business and it really shows, these guys seem to love what they do! I will never go anywhere else from here on out!

I've been going to them for over 10 years now, and they always do an excellent job. I appreciate that it's a family-owned business and that the staff strive to go above and beyond my expectations.

They are real nice. It is very close to our house. The guy that owns the place is real willing to sit down and explain what he is doing and why he is doing it. It is a family business and his kids work there. He's always done a decent job and he is pretty honest. He's a little pricey. The people in the office are real good.

I have used them three or four times. They do a good job. I have had no problems with them. I don't worry when I take my car there. They are competent. I get what I pay for. I am pretty pleased with them.

I've used them numerous times and they are always very fair and reasonably priced. For women especially they treat you like you're an intelligent human being. I'd recommend them. We've used them exclusively for the last 2-3 years.

I called Action Auto Systems after reading about them on Angie's List. Even over the phone these guys are all professional and charm. Dropped off my vehicle on a busy Saturday without having made an appointment. They immediately fit my jeep into the schedule while handing me the keys to a loaner car. It was so quick and easy getting in and out I paused with loaner keys in hand a bit stunned. Enough time for a seated customer to relate how fantastic the service was there, bordering on incredible, and that he had been coming there for years. Within half an hour they called to tell me what the source of the horrific crunching noise issuing from the front driver's side suspension area was, quoted me the price and said they could have it done today and they did it within a couple hours! I picked up my vehicle right before close and promptly misplaced my key that I couldn't get back on the ornery ring. After closing up shop, even though he could've just left, the father, Kurt, (who by the way is as if Santa's younger, trimmer brother took up auto mechanics) came over to help me dig through my vehicle to find the key. Key found :) I did not notice until a day later that my bedraggled, half torn off wiper blades had been quietly replaced with very nice, brand new ones, no charge. Service - fantastic, faith in humanity and a better world restored, priceless. All gold stars, top notch service service service.

I started using Action Auto when a friend recommended them. I've used them many times for big and small problems. They get my car in usually the same day that I call. They do their best to have the car done when they say they will, and if it's not, they go out of their way to accommodate your situation. I had to pick a child up at school, so they loaned me one of their cars for an hour so I could be on time. They always treat me like an intelligent human being, which isn't always the case at some car repair places. Their prices are fair. There aren't any surprises when you get the bill. If money is tight, they'll be honest in telling you what repairs should be done immediately and what can wait.

They were specific. They did not fix anything that was not needed. They are very fast and efficient. They try to get me in as fast as they can. They are very thorough and friendly.

I have been a customer of Action Auto Systems for over 10 years. I have always received excellent service from them. I don't have much to report, the same thing happened as always, I come in, sit down and read a magazine or visit with the staff, pay for my repair and head on down the road. I visit them a little more than I would like at times, but that's because my car is a clunker with over 180,000 miles on it. The thing is, they keep it running and they always are willing to work with me if the repair is sudden or more expensive than I planned for.

Their service was excellent. Kurt has been my mechanic for 20 years, and his father was my mechanic before that. I have trusted Kurt and his employees with every car I have owned and have always found their service to be exemplary and their pricing good.
