Allina Medical Clinic - Maple Grove

Making an appointment with Dr Feroz was easy. Futhermore, I saw her within 2 days of calling, which was great news.
The Allina Medical Clinic - Maple Grove was easy to locate, the staff were very friendly and helpful. They patiently explained: what I was signing, where to wait, why/where I was being led from place to place.
Shabana Feroz was very nice to me. I really liked her demeanor. When I explained my situation, it felt like she was on my side, therefore, I was comfortable opening up to her without being rude, argumentative or abrasive. She gave me some cultural advice too, since I am of South-East Asian origin, with marital issues.
Additionally, I got what I came for: my referral. After seeing Dr Feroz, I was led to a Coordinator to find out how to make an appointment with Psychiatrist A. The Coordinator had a list of specialists for each Allina clinic in the Twin Cities area, so I called up the specific clinic to find out if Psychiatrist A was willing to see me.
I definitely want her to be my Primary Care Physician from now on. Unlike my previous Primary Care Physician atleast, with her, I feel like I am being heard.

I feel my child is getting excellent care.

She is very friendly and knowledgeable and works well with the kids. She makes it fun for the kids.

Overall, don't go to this clinic. Even though the staff was nice and punctual, they never told me she was running late, ever. Which I feel if I make an appointment to take off work for, you better at least acknowledge that you are running late.
