"During the pool closing season we?re generally 3-4 weeks out on spa calls, and we have been letting customers know that up front. I?m sorry that we did not get to you as expected, and or let you know when we could get out to look at your spa. Thank you for your feedback, we will use it in our training program."
"Trinas mother hired us to clean a pea green colored pool that was un-swimmable. Before we could even start, we found the pump was broken & obsolete. We quoted $850 to replace it & were told to do so. Our cost came to over $1000 but we honored/billed our originally quoted price. We started the cleaning process, & when the pool was about to clear but needed daily cleaning, the mother asked how she could keep her costs down. We told her we had the water chemistry balanced but she could finish the cleaning. She said she would have Trina do it & we told her to call us if it didnt clear or got worst. She never called & we then found this review."
"Page called us to close her pool & replace a worn cover. We did so, thoroughly tested the cover & sent our invoice, which she promptly paid. Later she called saying the cover fell in the pool, damaging the liner. At no charge we reinstalled the cover, patched her liner & worked with her on the proper way to open/close a cover, since we felt the issue was user error. She called again & the co. owner with met her to showed her proper use of the cover. After the next call, she was told charges would apply since it was user error. An appt. time was setup; she did not show or call. We have not heard from her since this all occurred,3 years ago."
