We knew with the long cold winter that even pesky little critters would be looking for a nice warm place to retreat however catching 5 field mice in our furnace room in a week told us we had an entry point problem somewhere. We were surprised to see mice "after" most of the snow had melted and not during. Seems we underestimate these little creatures and the damage they can do. Despite having a cat who could smell the mice they chose the one room the cat is not allowed in for safety reasons. However this helped narrow down where to look. Larry did indeed find two areas where they gained access and he sealed those right up. He explained to me what he was using and why which I really appreciated. I also learned some new facts about field mice - excellent! We specifically chose Westside Pest Solutions because they do "Exclusions" and not just "bait, trap and wait" solutions. We already knew how to catch the mice however we just weren't looking in the right places to seal them out. It's been 2 weeks since Larry was out and no sign of any new field mice. We are extremely happy with Larry @ Westside Pest Solutions. For any type of pest invasion Larry will be the first one we call. Highly recommend!!

I have recently had an ant infestation in my rental house. My renters were concerned. Ants were comming out from every crevice 24/7. I called West Side Pest Solutions and set up an appointment within 5 minutes. They explained what services they had to help me. They have came out and did their thing on monday. They have warned me that the ants will not die right away but will be done with in next 5-8 days. The whole process was quick and easy. The chemicals they use are pet friendly. No ants in the house anymore. Thanks guys.

I haven't seen any spiders since he was here. He was thoughtful and courteous and seemed to know what he was talking about. He removed his shoes at the door even though it was not raining or snowing out. He gave quite a bit of information. I will ask him to return in the fall.

Wonderful experience. Larry arrived on time and spent an hour and 45 minutes inspecting both the inside and outside of my house for signs of mice / entry points for them to get into my house. He was extremely diligent in the time he spent finding entry points outside my house and took the time to caulk and close gaps where he identified entry points. In spaces where he couldn't get to (due to building structure - under my deck), he explained what he could do but also what he would recommend I do with respect to hiring a contractor to fix the siding that should be replaced. He also placed traps inside my home as well as outside my house to prevent future mice from coming back. Unlike Terminix who will spend 5 minutes in your home spraying for bugs and telling you that there is nothing they can do to prevent mice from getting into your home, Larry is very knowledgeable about all things mice and is diligent about taking the time necessary to work inside and outside your home to prevent mice from coming in. This is a great company and I will be using them for any other issues. A company you can trust!

Couldn't have had a better experience--Larry is the BEST! From the first contact I had with him through his visit today, he was so nice, informative, professional, and has a great sense of humor to boot! My husband had already done a lot inside so, they examined the inside to make sure everything was done well. I wasn’t home when this happened. I called them when I got home, I thought they could have done a little more inside but, they said it was not necessary. I’m very confident about the outside work they did. They arrived on time and on a Saturday. They were really nice, very accommodating. We think they did a good job and the price was really good. We'll see how it goes in the fall.

Larry's a great guy; he's very personable and funny. He arrived 5 minutes early, walked though the house to get a sense of the issues, and then got spraying. He blasted all the places these nasties like to live. He seemed to do a thorough job and he's been in the business for decades. I hope the critters don't invade my house again, but if they do, I'd use West Side again in a heartbeat.

The provider showed up and immediately told us the problem was out of their scope of expertise. He said he would like to refund our fee but also said it had to be handled through Angie's List. He told us to call and get a full refund.

Great service. He went to my rental property and worked with my tenant for the inspection. He then called me with a review of what he found and discussed with the tenant. Great customer service.

This is the second pest control guy I have used off Angie's List. While Larry doesn't typically work in the Burnsville area, he came because he was doing his 'magic' for my son in the Shakopee area. Currently I feel that Larry was much more thorough that the other contractor. He was very willing to have me 'accompany' him on any'/all of his time here. Larry was informative about mice in general which I enjoyed. He is extremely professional - NO profanity, NO smoking, etc. A person will feel very comfortable while Larry is in your home. He was very emphatic about me letting him know if I ever find another mouse. Hopefully this is the end of having these little critters in our house. Thx Larry!!!!!

Larry was very thorough in checking the exterior and the interior of the building. Two spots were found outside,near the garage, and two possible spots inside the garage, that were plugged.

This company is THE ABSOLUTELY BEST!! Great service, very professional, very punctual and reasonably priced. As soon as we realized that we have mice in the house, we decided to get rid of "these little darlings" ASAP. I called Larry, got a professional advice and we scheduled his service. Larry arrived on time, thoroughly investigated the house and provided a solution. Worked as a charm! Two days later no mice! AMAZING! More than 5 years ago we used a different company for mice extermination that required a contract and they didn't do nearly such a good job as West Side Pest Solutions. Highly recommend them! Larry and Larry arrived on time. Polite, knowledgeable. Did not rush to perform work. Discussed what to expect. So far so good. Larry will be coming out when it warms up to spray the exterior around the house.
