They did the work as promised, were quite responsive when I scheduled the service, and did it well. The only issue was that they came out to do the work several days ahead of schedule without calling to inform me which took me by surprise.

Just had it done so I will find out in the next couple weeks if they are gone.

Great. Sprayed the perimeter of the house, and also did some in the kitchen. Haven't seen any ants inside since. Very nice guy.

Good. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and friendly. A couple weeks later we found another hiding spot for the paper wasps that nest under our shingles, and he returned to respray.

We've used West Side before with good results, and this time was no exception. The scheduling was simple and easy, the technician showed on schedule, and the treatment has been effective. We actually haven't seen any spiders or pests since they've done the work.

We recently purchased a home and realized this spring that mice had been living in the walls of the garage for quite some time longer than we have lived here. After gutting the garage and trapping mice out there they began to appear in the utility room which shares a wall and foundation block with the house. At this point I decided we needed professional help. It was coming up on a holiday weekend and Larry was the only person available to come take a look. I was pleased he was so responsive about setting up a time to come out but unfortunately I was gone when he came and he worked with my husband to go through the mouse issue. Larry was at our house about 15 minutes and didn't even go in the house! He screwed one board onto the garage wall and told us that's where they were getting in. Perhaps it's my fault if I didn't communicate that we were looking for more guidance on the mouse issue but he could have also been more clear about what he would do for us. Since then we have closed up some holes on our own and trapped 12 mice inside our house.

Great service and very friendly. Every time they come to our residence there are less pests.

The service has been good. I didn’t have to be home for them to do the application which was nice. He was very responsive to my emails. He came, sprayed and left. He said the application should last about three months and then I would need to reapply. I would use him again.

It went great. Larry was very helpful and friendly. Even better, I haven't seen the same ant activity since he left!

They've twice sprayed for box elder bugs and also once found a mouse hole that a previous contractor had missed. They have always been prompt, friendly and very reasonably priced. Once I called on a Saturday morning when I discovered wasps building a nest inside the metal tubing of a porch swing, and they stopped by on their way to another appointment to take care of it right away. Very impressive service!

Not only do we not have ants, but the gentleman that came was extremely nice, provided a card and advised me to call if any problems, and also called later to reiterate the number to call if we had any issues. We have had none. I would be willing to pay more for good service when known that I'm paying for the customer service. I felt that I received excellent customer service with an extremely reasonable (even low) price.

We were pleased with the service provided by this company. They treated our house last year, and assured us we would have no problems for the entire season. They were right! Not a single nest was built after they treated the house exterior. So we took advantage of their service again this year.

This was an Angies list special offer which occurred just when we needed it, so the cost was excellent. They were timel and helpful and the ants are still gone, so everything is good. We would definitely call them again if needed.

Larry and Larry were great. Larry gave me advice over the phone in advance of coming, then when they came larry checked inside the house and larry checked outside the house to figure out where they got in. Larry figured out how they were getting into the house and plugged up the hole and other larry set traps all through the house- he knew just where to look, even spots we never would have thought of. In the end we caught both mice and have been mice free ever since. Thank you!

Larry is the consummate professional. He works until he identifies the problem, explains what it is, and then solves it. He does not stop until he is done. His rates are very affordable, and he does not expect a commitment that the big pest control companies do. He has a great sense of humor and is very personable as well. There is no reason to call anyone else. Larry is a gem.

I couldn't be more pleased with the service than I am. Larry was very pleasant to work with and it was obvious he cares about the success of his treatments and the overall quality of workmanship in the property he is visiting.
