Very nice job, clean up was terrific (even with 2' of snow on the ground!) Mike was the 1st to respond to my bid request and he went above and beyond what we expected.

He was courteous, on time and did an excellant job. I would use him again in a minute!

Mike was prompt and courteous. He went to my home and trimmed off the large dead branch, and stacked the wood neatly for future burning. He took away the brush that was unusable. He also kindly removed the remians of an old deerstand nailed high into the tree, which required him to buy a hammer on the way to my home. Excellent service and he went above and beyond the typical tree trimming job. I will refer his business to my neighbors!

I appreciate the quick response to my request as it was somewhat of an emergency to get this cleaned up as soon as possible; garage access was being blocked. Plus there were 3 neighbors involved with this process. Mike visited the site faster then expected, his bid was the best and his flexibility really made this part of the headache short lived.

I hired them then had to fire them. Mike was unprofessional and combative. He brought his dog to our property who played with our toys then we were told he would 'fight' our dog so we had to keep her in the house. He then changed his original commitment to not damage other trees and insisted on bringing in a large bucket truck when I told him I was not comfortable with it from day one when he bid it. He was not customer oriented and seemed to only care about what was easiest for him even though he already bidded it. I would not reccomend such an unprofessional and non-customer oriented company to any friends.

I was contacted within a few minutes....he came out & gave me a written estimate...did exactly what I was wanting done with the tree & did an excellant cleanup job........cound not have asked for anything more. I would not hesitate to call him again for any other job that I need done. Thank you!!! Peggy Rue

They took out five stumps and went deeper than expected

Mike was prompt in response to an a-mail. He gave a fair bid. His was not the cheapest bid, however I liked his contract the best. Others concentrated on telling me how they were going to take the 85+ year tree down and what equipment they were going to use. I wasn't interested in what equipment was going to be used, I felt it was justification for the amount charged. What I liked about Mike's Contract he stated CLEAN UP, HAULING AWAY DEBRIS, STUMP GRINDING, AND HOW IT WOULD LOOK AFTER REMOVAL. I did not have to clean up one twig or leaf. I did ask for the wood chips to be left for mulch. Was left in one pile and easy to clean up.

Mike and his group at Eagle did a great job. They were very clean, they were excellent with follow up. Did just an overall great job and I would recommend them to anyone.
