Recent Dog Grooming Reviews in Duluth

I have used Bark Avenue twice before and am always happy with their work. They clearly love the dogs (and mine, of course) and when I pick her up after grooming, she's happy and beautiful and good-smelling. The price is good for the personable and professional work that is done. I will continue to use Bark Avenue for as long as I have a dog :- read less

While your pet is being groomed you are welcome to watch and talk with staff. They are friendly and listen to all your wants and wishes. They are gentle with your pets. The space they have to work in is somewhat small compared to the number of dogs being groomed on that particular day however it is a sign that people want this groomer when they are busy. Also, I called on Monday and they took all 3 of my dogs on Tuesday. I was pleased with my pets care and I would go back read less

You do not need an appointment you just walk in and they will take your dog and very convenient and quick. I think the price is a lot for a small dog.

They were very good with the dog. The dog is not used to a groomer, so she was a little hyper when we brought her in, but they worked with her and did a very nice job grooming her. She looked great!

They did his nails, cut his hair to a length that I chose, ears, bath-the works! And presented him to me with a doggie scarf around his neck. I was very pleased!

When I come to visit my daughter in Mipls. I always make an appt with Penny to have my Yorkie Zorro groomed ! I brought Zorro in & met Penny (right on time). She groomed, cut my dog's nails & gave him a bath.

Our little guy went in for a full groom and returned with cuts around his nose and eye area. When we returned to discuss this finding with the owner; I have to say our experience was much like the reviewers from Angie's List. We thought an owner of a business would want to know what happened in case it was an employee who had done this. Well, we were shocked, to say the least, when the owner turned her back on us while we were explaining we wish we had known so we could have put antibiotic ointment on our Shi-tzu sooner. She proceeded to turn her back and walk away while we were talking and showing her pictures; leaving her employee to handle the concerns we had. The employee's response was, while rolling their eyes at the owner's blatant rude behavior, "I am sorry, but I have no idea what to tell you; I only work here." They should NOT be offering services to vulnerable animals in which such complete disregard is given to their safety and well-being read less

I hate them. I took my dog there and they were filthy and dirty. When our dog came back he was sick and within three days he was in the vet hospital. He had contracted an infection there and was dehydrated. They didn't even groom our dog the way we asked them to. The price was right where most of them are read less

We left the little dog alone to get a trim and when we went back to ask something...she was on the phone and my dog was hanging by her neck and unattended...building was very filthy and I will never go back again....very hacked cut and didn't even smell good.
