Description of Work: I have Joe, from this company twice this year. He is very efficient in explaining what needs to be done, giving me options, and then getting the job done immediately. He came right away after I called both times.

Description of Work: The repairman was punctual,courteous, and fixed the garage door to my satisfaction. I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Repaired broken cable and replace all rollers, serviced rest of system.

Description of Work: The work performed was fine and fair for the price. However, they did not come when they said they were going to. They gave me a service window of between 12-2pm. By 8pm they still were not here and called to say they couldn't come until the next day. They supposedly put us on the schedule first in the morning but still were not here until almost 10am.

Description of Work: He put in a battery to my garage door. which took him about two minutes-TOPS. He looked at the wheels and told me I needed all new wheels. I had someone else look at the wheels w days later and only two were a little loose the rest were just fine. I am thankful I did not have them a do a job that did not need to be done. They misrepresented the price it would cost to install a new battery. Never would I have them do any work for me

Description of Work: I couldn't get my remote to work. They came out and spent about 3 or 4 minutes fixing the remote. Then he looked at my garage door and told me it looked like there were rollers needing repaired. He said he'd put on 10 new rollers. I had him do that for me and he spent about 15 minutes doing that. I checked with Home Depot and found out I was way overcharged for this. I called the next day and spoke with a representative and they told me they'd have a supervisor call me - this was on Monday - today is Thursday.
