This Company is extremely poorly run. They don't answer their phones, they push out appointments, they run 3 -4 months out, then the day before they push out another month.
They rush you through and don't spend time actually and quot;Detailingand quot; which is what they are selling. The car looked nice when it was done, but the windows were smeared and the crevasses still have stuff in them. The Carpets were wet, but not totally clean.
I got a local Amazon deal like others, and actually had it expire before I could get anyone to answer a phone.
They honored it, but it took months, MONTHs to get any response.Pretty poor response time and completely unacceptable to have to schedule work out up to three months in advance. Luckily, Amazon refunded the voucher amount. I'd definitely avoid these folks and go with a more customer-focused company.
She called on June 2nd to set up an appointment for July 24th (this was the earliest appointment she could get). Earlier this past week, something came up where the time the appointment was set up for wasn't going to work with
her schedule. She called on Friday, June 20th, to reschedule her appointment from 11am to 1pm. The woman she spoke with on the phone offered nothing but resistance, saying that she couldn't drop off her car later, but she could drop it off first thing that morning and leave it there. This wasn't going to work because she needed her car to get to work.
My fiancee asked the girl if she couldn't drop it off in the morning, what her other options there would be, and the girl said
that she would have to reschedule, and it wouldn't be until late August. To clarify, my fiancee asked, and quot;So you're saying that my only options would be to bring it in early, or reschedule to late August?and quot;, to which the girl replied, and quot;You can't bring it in early.and quot;
After my fiancee said that that's not what she was told less than 5 minutes ago, the girl said, and quot;Oh, I'm just confused
about what's going on.and quot;
Needless to say, the experience with having to deal with this has been less than satisfactory. We're not happy with the service, and we haven't even gotten any work done.
I arrive a bit early, but the got me in right away and gave me time frame. I admit to being a bit skeptical with it only taking a couple of hours...considering how bad it was...but they did it!
I arrived back about 20 minutes early and sat in the waiting area. The staff were all very friendly. Joe, the owner, saw me out there and continued to come in with status reports. I offered (and expected) to pay additional due to the condition of the interior, but they did not charge me for the extra work.
It was finished a few minutes early.
Scrubbed the carpeting and seats, cleaned every square inch and it looks fantastic! I cannot stress how impressed I am with this company. They truly are pro's.
