Except for the big gulp on the price of the faucet with replacement, Service Star was EXCELLENT. They scheduled almost immediately, Dan and Zach had awesome service (they gave me 8 options!), and their work was impeccable. I will definitely consider them again for plumbing needs.

We were contacted immediately after scheduling the work. Part of the work involved replacing a water shutoff that was broken and slowly leaking. Since the work was being done in an apartment building we didn't have the ability to shut off the main, so I had a bucket in place that I thought would hold us over until the scheduled work. the night before the scheduled date the leak was worse. We called to see if they could come earlier and they were able to accommodate the change. They did a great job.

I hired Service Star Plumbing to assess a pressure relief valve that had gone bad on plumbing connected to my hot water heater. They quoted me a price of over $400. They told me there was no guarantee this would fix the problem and if other parts needed replacing then it would run over $1,000. They suggested the money may be better spent on a new hot water heater and they quoted me a price in excess of $10,000. I declined. I went to the store and bought the part for $19 and it took me 5 minutes to replace it. Works fine. From my perspective Service Star Plumbing had no intention of fixing my plumbing for a reasonable price but rather they wanted to sell me an expensive hot water heater.

If you could have seen the before and after work!!! They did an amazing job and I'd definitely hire them again. When your children can see and appreciate a job well done, that's says a lot. So if you're looking for a plumber, these guys here should be the go to.

Great work. Worked clean and efficient. They were quick to respond and had me scheduled quick. I would definitely use them again if I have any plumbing issues.

Gave me pricing for replacing one or two toilets. Fixed broken valve for one and went the extra mile of cleaning the other one with a better product than what I was using. Toilets work great and look like new.

Highly recommend Service Star Plumbing. Nate, the owner is a good guy. He and his employee Josh, another good guy, spent about 7 hours at my house fixing up a variety of things in my older home. They did a great job. They were professional and personable. Would definitely use them again.
