AAA Andersen was very prompt. They actually were ready to do a few minutes ahead of when the time block started. They sent two people and had the service done very quickly. They also gave me an estimate on fixing my refrigerator door at the same time. They were knowledgeable and quick and prompt. A very good experience.

Scheduled the service with Kim, who was very friendly and informative. They showed up within the window they provided and completed the job quickly and neatly. Very friendly technicians, would definitely use their services again and recommend them to others.

It didn’t take long for him to figure out the issue was unfixable, and that to put the parts in would cost as much as a new dishwasher, and I liked his honesty. He was also very professional.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It worked out very well. I paid additional for them to clean my dryer vent but there were not any other charges for the work they did. I paid an additional $50. The two gentlemen were very polite and efficient. I was very pleased.

They were nice guys, but they really didn't do much, even for $ 99.00. So I figured "my bad", even tho our appliances are older, both are 10-12 yrs old, we keep them in good condition. But the thing I am soooooo upset about is they used an air compressor to blow the fridge coils!!! I had a ton of dirt on top of my fridge and the whole kitchen was covered in a fine layer!

Gas fireplace had not been used all summer and did n't work when we went to turn it on. Company that originally installed it wanted $250 just to come out a take a look - not including any time or parts. AAA came out and did a general maintenance service for $99 and also fixed the issue that was causing it not to work for no additional charge. Took a couple of weeks to get an appointment, but definitely worth the wait. Great service.

They found a lot of dirt around the refridgerator motor and said it was so hot that they could not touch it. I think they saved me an expensive future repair

He did fine. He got the problem fixed up . He cleaned everything up and did a good job. It was $99 for everything. There was a problem with the ignition and told me what it was and it was quick fix.

It went great. Cleaning crew was efficient, cleaned thoroughly and after 10 years the thing really needed it. $111 was a great price. Although the cleaning was great it didn't fix my problem and the cleaners were only there to clean. They recommended I have the owner come out and look it over, which I did. He was able to quickly tell which part needed to be replaced, run out and get it and get it fixed all in about an hour. Meanwhile his partner defrosted the built up ice in the freezer. Total cost for the labor for the 2 guys and the part was $155. Both times they were on time, Kim at the office was helpful at getting the times set up. They left everything like they found it (only clean and working:). Hopefully I won't need them, but if I ever do I'll call on them again.

They were really good. Scheduling was good as well. They sent two tech and they were here a half hour. They helped me see what I was dealing with and had some good suggestions.
