They did a fabulous job and I would have them come again in the future. Their pricing was very fair and they were very professional.

They emailed me stating they were already scheduled until mid-October and I was needing service prior to then so I requested a refund for the Big Deal.

The job was done professional and on time.

They were great. Allowed me to ship the part directly to them from supplier. They brough it over and installed. Price was very reasonable . Work performed was very good.

Purchased the deal through Angie's list for $149. They came on time, were professional, courteous and explained/showed me the process. They placed a filter in our vent and pushed all the debris down. After they were done pushing the dust down they showed me how much debris built up on the filter. They cleaned the coils of our older furnace and cleaned up after themselves. Our ducts are definitely cleaner after their visit and the whole process took about an hour.

That went good. There were no additional charges. They guy who came out was very good, very polite and nice. I think it was a good deal.

The company ended up being out of my service area so I did not end up using them.

It worked out great. The gas log fireplace is working well. One thing I was surprised about was that the automatic starter didn’t work, and they didn’t offer to fix it.

It turned out okay. They seemed to do a good job and were quick, but one guy who came out was a know-it-all. They also blocked the driveway to the neighborhood, and when I said my neighbor was trying to get through, they said that she would just have to wait a few minutes.

We have not used the service yet, but they have been very accommodating so far.

They called before they came, made sure to protect my floors, got right to work. I also had them clean my dryer vent. In and out in < 1 hour. I was very satisfied with the work.

It was good. They were on time and easy to schedule with. The main guy who came was good, but the other guy missed some vents. However, when I pointed it out to them, they went ahead all the vents that they missed.

The crew arrived exactly when they told me they would after an early morning call to confirm. They covered the carpet and floor where they worked and were prompt and careful when doing the work. Everything was explained to me and the room was clean and neat when they left.

Team showed up on time and provided excellent service. Restored gas fireplace to working status.

Complete waste of money, this package was not billed as described. Simply vacuuming underneath an appliance does not count as a service. I have had power issues with my dishwasher and they simply said I would be better off buying a new one, without actually diagnosing what they issue was before saying this a problem brand. Very disappointed, they were more interested in up charging me to clean out my indoor fireplace.

They arrived on time, were pleasant, quick, knew what they were doing, . Offered to clean dryer for extra $50 and I needed that done so I agreed to it. They took their shoes off which is a big deal for me. When they left I noticed a louder sound in the dryer. I contacted the company, they quickly responded, set up a date to come out and I decided that the noise quieted down so I emailed and canceled . They promptly call, told me they got my message and if the noise came back to call them. Excellent experience. Would hire again.

They were promt, professional, and the job was done well. We used to have so much dust and after the clean the dust level went way down. I would hire them again! (Not sure of the exact date. It was a while ago)

It was fine. They are very flexible with days and time. They also fixed a fireplace that others said was unfixable.

It went very well. The gentleman were very personable and entirely professional. They wasted no time getting to work - had the routine down to a science. They power vacuumed every vent in the house on every floor. The guys were very patient with my dogs, and even helped me find a vent that I didn't know existed! They suggested two extra's (which I had anticipated): the dryer vent and the chimney, but on closer inspection told me that the chimney was not necessary. They also sprayed a cleaner inside the vents. I couldn't believe the amount of dust, dog hair, etc there was! Before they left I asked them to give me a schedule as to when various ductwork needed cleaning and they were very accommodating. I would happily use them again for basic airduct cleaning.

It turned out good. I was happy with their service. They were a couple of guys who came out and they were looking for more things to do. They also offered to clean the dryer vent duct for $50, which was more than I would have normally paid. It would have been nice to have a price list to look at. I also would have liked to know what the "sanitizing" part of the service meant. I was satisfied with them and would use them again.

Arrived on time. Worked quickly and left no mess. Friendly team of guys. Kim who helped me make the appointment was very friendly and helpful. The air smelled cleaner after words and I felt like my allergies improved. My husband said he had been skeptical but noticed an improvement in the homes air quality (e.g., less dog hair smell - previous owners).
