Description of Work: The workers had to return three times. Once to diagnose my problem and order the part; once to install the part; and once to correct some issues.

Description of Work: Dryer vent cleaning - $69; My biggest complaint, he did not dispose or clean up the dryer lint/debris from the vent outside. He left a pile of it on the river rocks. I wish he would of gave me an option to leave it on the ground for the "birds" or dispose of it. It will be an ugly mess to clean up next spring after the winter snow & ice. | |Refrigerator & dishwasher cleaning - $99: He didn't do too much. Only vaccumed the drip pan of the refrigerator and with the dish washer - vacuumed the drain & then put a rinse in the washer & ran a wash cycle. Not worth $99.

Description of Work: We originally bought their service coupon for a cleaning but started to have issues with the ignitor before they arrived. They quickly diagnosed the issue, did the normal cleaning and maintenance and schedule a followup to fix the ignitor issue. All went very, smoothly and helpful.

Description of Work: The leak in the refrigerator was due to a split in the line to the ice maker, so he fixed that and we have had no further problems. Everything went fine. He was pleasant and courteous

Clean gas fireplace. |We decided to use AAA Anderson after finding out the installer recommended by the appliance retailer was not licensed. AAA Anderson responded to our call quickly and did the work with no fuss and no mess. Can't argue with that.

Description of Work: I used AAA Anderson to clean my gas fireplace, primarily to have the glass cleaned because it had become very foggy due to my not having it cleaned for the last couple years. They sent two technicians, who completely took apart the fireplace including removing all the logs and embers. They completely cleaned all the parts and put everything back, adjusting and tuning things as they went. When they were finished, the fireplace not only looked great but was working better than it had in a very long time! And, because there were two technicians, it didn't even take much time at all! | |While they were there, they offered to do additional services at reduced prices, since there would not be an additional trip charge. There was absolutely no pressure, more of a kind offer to help while they were there. One of the services they could provide was to clean the dryer vent, which also needed to be done. They charged an additional $99 for this service which I felt was a great deal based on other prices I have seen. They did a wonderful job with this project as well, cleaning the vent from both the dryer and from the outside vent. My dryer not only works more efficiently now, but feels safer to use as well. | |I will definitely use this company in the future, both for these services and for any additional ones I need that they can perform.
