Description of Work: Cleaned the gas fireplace. Also it was not lighting. They did a great job fireplace works great. The remote even works now. Did not charge any extra. I |am very pleased with everything. The glass has never been as clear. |

Description of Work: They cleaned dryer vent, which was what the original offer was for. They also pointed out that my 2 gas fireplaces really were in need of cleaning. They cleaned, tuned up and tested both for an extra $150. It was well worth it! Fireplaces look and work much better plus they educated me on how they work and how to maintain.

Description of Work: I needed my dishwasher fixed. They came out once and problem reoccurred within weeks. They came out again to fix it and problem again reoccurred within weeks. I was charged $200 and they never fixed problem. Complete waste of time and money. Very unhelpful attitude. Would never use them again.

First he bought a cleaning service for appliances on angies list that did not included repairs, so I informed him to get a refund to save some money since he needed a repair not a cleaning service. His complaint was the dishwasher was not draining on 9/24/15. We replaced the drain pump on 10/2/15. Everything was working fine, draining well after drain pump install. One month later 11/06/15 we go back for a recheck and find broken glass in pump. We cleaned out the glass and pump was working but may have been damaged by the use of the dishwasher by the client. We cleaned out the dishwasher drain hose and everything was draining when we were there and every time we tested it. We do not make the part or use the dishwashers so I’m a lot baffled by his review. Even though he called us over 30 days later we went back for no additional fee. Which we usually charge 80.00 after 30 days no exceptions.

Description of Work: They cleaned my gas log fireplace. |Everything about the service was fine except that I expected the cleaning to be more thorough. There remained a white file on the internal metal sides of the fireplace. When I cleaned the fireplace myself in the past I cleaned those sides from the white film. AAA Anderson's didn't. |I gues I'll go back to cleaning the fireplace myself in the future. |

Description of Work: Dryer vent cleaning - $69; My biggest complaint, he did not dispose or clean up the dryer lint/debris from the vent outside. He left a pile of it on the river rocks. I wish he would of gave me an option to leave it on the ground for the "birds" or dispose of it. It will be an ugly mess to clean up next spring after the winter snow & ice. | |Refrigerator & dishwasher cleaning - $99: He didn't do too much. Only vaccumed the drip pan of the refrigerator and with the dish washer - vacuumed the drain & then put a rinse in the washer & ran a wash cycle. Not worth $99.

Description of Work: We originally bought their service coupon for a cleaning but started to have issues with the ignitor before they arrived. They quickly diagnosed the issue, did the normal cleaning and maintenance and schedule a followup to fix the ignitor issue. All went very, smoothly and helpful.
