While scheduling wasn’t a problem, I didn’t think they were very thorough in comparison to a different company we used; they were in and out. We made them aware of some of the problems we were having with the unit and they brushed these problems off.

Scheduled appointment right away, and came on time. Cleaned and tuned up the fireplaces (first time in 8 years), so they look a lot better. Also gave some advice for ongoing maintenance of the fireplaces. Very pleasant and professional personnel.

The service was really good. The worker was very polite and professional. We assumed that the switch to the fireplace would be covered but they did not check that and that was the only drawback. They got the job done in about 45 minutes and the scheduling was easy.

It literally took them 5 minutes. I was so shocked that they were done so fast. I asked the man and he said they've done it so long that they're fast. I had no way of checking if everything was done or not but it seemed doubtful.

They were great! Dan & Jesse were friendly, personable, and professional. They were efficient and they were helpful in explaining what I need to watch for with my front load washer. I had no idea that odds and ends were getting caught in different parts of the washer. They also made sure that I know how often each of these cleanings should be done, as I had no idea and should have been doing this all along. I have a notebook where I record all of the excellent companies that I'll for sure use again and AAA Anderson's is definitely going in there. Obviously, I recommend them and clearly I'll use them again. Great service! Thanks!

Professional and helpful. I originally purchased a dryer vent cleaning through Angie's List at a great price. When AAA arrived, they suggested some other preventative tasks that were needed. Their pricing was great! I elected to have the additional services, but I did not feel pressured. I am please with AAA and will use them again in the future.

It went very well. I apologize for my delay in reporting. The company was very timely, responsive to my needs/requests and had a good suggestion. He also caulked the seems of the vent and overall did a good job. I am estimating the price and date, as I could not locate my receipt at this time.

Bought the deal but they informed us it sounded like we didn't need cleaning but service. So we don't need this deal. They were correct, we ended up needing a new fridge.

Prompt service, they called the morning of the appt, were on time, took precautions to keep house clean. Did great job. I would use again.

cleaned some ducts and did not remove some of the covers on the vents. After they were finished with the duct work cleaning. He gave her a pitch about having the hot water meter flushed and agreed to have him do it and now I do not have hot water and there is no water to my shower or bathtub.

My experience was fine. There were two people here doing the work and they came on time for the appointment. The work took a couple of hours to complete.

They are wonderful. I have since used them again. My washing machine is 24 years old and it is still going strong. Scheduling an appointment was good and they are always responsive.

It improved how well the refrigerator worked. They were very fast.

I was satisfied. They did get a hold of me right away. The people that came out were professional and they were friendly. They were able to do the "Big Deal" work quickly and what not.

The cleaning resulted the fireplace working great.

When cleaning the fireplace itself, they found two chunks of rock/cement, each about the size of my fist. As they worked their way up the chimney, they found a hole where someone previously had broken through, apparently to connect the furnace vent into the chimney. They explained to me that, regrettably, this made the fireplace unsafe to use unless a single piece fireproof metal liner is installed. I chose not to do that (at considerable more expense) but I still felt satisfied that the chimney was free of any creosote and that it was screened off at the top so no birds or animals could get in.

Overall it was fine. We scheduled a date (unfortunately over a week out) and were good to go. When the company arrived, they told me they were sorry, but they didn't service condos as they did not have the right equipment. They told me to call for a refund. They were nice, just unable.

Cleaners were prompt, friendly, efficient, and displayed high degree of professionalism. Cannot say enough good things about them.

Waste of money. For the few minutes they were here and what they did, we could have done it ourselves. Don't feel we got what we asked for.

Two gentlemen came out and did a an inspection and a very good cleaning of our 12 year old fire place. It looked so much better. I had cleaned it myself but they did a great job. Will have hem back for lower level fire place.

We had no troubles with scheduling. They completed the job in a couple of hours. Everything worked out fine.
