Jennifer, the owner of the business first met with me and we walked through the house identifying potential problem ares, what products they would use, and schedule Liz, the housecleaner arrived promptly and went right to work. We came home to a sparkling house. Jennifer followed up with us afterwards to make sure that we were pleased with the service.
