Ed was very professional and thorough in the bid process. Demonstrated an attention to detail not present in other bidders (e.g., noticed roof drainage and sprinklers and identified solutions).
He communicated well around timing as we waited for the project to start over the extended winter.
They were very punctual and delivered on schedule.
The final product was fantastic.
There was a bit of an issue with our sprinklers hitting the freshly sealed concrete. He was attentive and responsive in dealing with the issue.

After being referred by friends who had cement work done at their house by the same company, I contacted the owners Ed and John who promptly came out to the house to give me a written estimate after contacting them. Both were extremely professional and offered a wide array of choices in stamped/stained cement work. I'm having several other projects done as well and they were very accommodating as to a start/finish date for the cement work. I only waited a week after giving them the go ahead for this project. They estimated this to be a 2-3 day job. They arrived on time and had both areas front and back prepped and ready for the cement on day one, poured the cement on day two, stained and finished on day three. I was completely satisfied with the job and was equally impressed with the clean up of the work site. The owners themselves show up everyday on the job and are right in there taking pride in the work they do. Also, they were sure to call to my attention any potential problem areas that might arise during the job so there were no surprises after the fact. Overall, I would highly recommend this company for any cement needs you may need and I wouldn't hesitate a second to call them back for any future jobs. Thanks Ed and John for a job well done!
