Response from Pisani Contracting
Apparently there is a miscommunication here as we pride ourselves in our ability to respond as quickly as possible to all requests for estimates. When I spoke with Ms. [removed member name] concerning her request for an estimate, I informed her that we were currently working on a large job out of town and it would be days, or even possibly a week before I could get out to see her and that I would call as soon as I was available. Her response was "Fine, I understand, no problem". So I put her on my list to contact as soon as we finished the current out of town job. We just finished the job on Sunday 8/9 and it was raining today 8/10. I was planning on calling her either tomorrow or Wednesday to schedule an appointment. It was less than one week ago that she first contacted me, and as I said, she was informed that it would be up to a week before I could get back to her. I really wish that she had thought to call again before posting what I consider an unfair review when our track record shows that we are diligent in response time and communication. As you can see from what she said, she was aware that we were on a "big job", but no appointment was made at that time because we were unsure of the length of the job. She even asked if it would be within a "couple of days" at which time I told her it would be a bit longer than that and I would get to her as soon as possible but it would be about a week.
