We loved the pitch of the salesman who sold us on getting new carpet. But, the lack of communication caused us to think twice about ever hiring them again. To our surprise, they reached back out to make amends and went above the call of duty.

Seen my friends home and the work was bad. So I called to cancel for several reason and they want to sue me for 20% of a job they didn't do. I FEEL IF I HAVE SEEN YOUR WORK AND NOT SATISFIED I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO RECEIVE IT AND GAVE ENOUGH TIME TO CANCEL TWO WEEKS TO BE EXACT.. CHECK THIER WORK BEFORE HIRUNG ..

Great work from start to finish! Easy to set up the free estimate and the representative they sent was fantastic they started on my floors as soon as next day they turned out beautiful and I already scheduled for my next project highly recommend this company best part is they are family owned

1 day install. Installed the Next day. Great service. Great speed

Floors look great. Had to pay another company to redo the floors. An now happy when I walk in the room rather than upset after in and out redid the floors. Did make several complaints to in and out. They never came out to look at their poor work.

I wanted entire 1st floor refinished. Provider gave estimate for the request and proceeded to discuss the difference between garentee and warranty. Provider also began to suggest options at a reduced cost with warranties. The offer went from 3 rooms and a hallway to one room, the living room, and hall for half the cost. Agreed to pay half when job begins and the second half upon completion. I called to cancel the job on 12/23/24 and was informed of a %20 cancelation fee after the third day of placing the order

The person who came out to do the quote spent a lot of time going over everything was very friendly & helpful. The day of the install the workers were careful to keep the doors we asked them to be mindful of closed due to our indoor only cat. They did an excellent job on the flooring. I love how everything turned out.

The men they employ are a straight safety concern! Do not do not hire them! This place will bait you with promises and itâ s all lies. The job they did was the equivalent of what I could have accomplished using YouTube. After expressing concerns they were defensive, agitated and intimidating. Jim made sure to intimidate a woman by waving his hands in her face in disagreement. He insisted on being right and spoke to her like a toddler. He belittled her and told her she disgusted him. A person whom he had never met. He went to a customers home late, complaining of his own ailments as if she were to blame. This company should stay out of homes.

Unfortunately the luxury vinyl flooring installed was left with messy/ sloppy finishes. The nose/ edging on each stair fell off. Iâ m left with bubbled planks that donâ t seem to be glued at all. I have glue and chunks of sticky residue that wonâ t come off where all the pieces fell off. They came back twice for repairs and it is still falling apart. When I spoke to their customer service, they had the owner call me who cussed at me, yelled, and told me it doesnâ t matter if I was unhappy because our contract was written so well that I couldnâ t do anything about it.

We had In and Out Floors come and work on our new house we had found some beautiful wood under the carpets, when we purchased the house. We were excited to show off this beautiful wood in our new home. The sub contractors that came were nice but un-professional. They left all of the carpet they removed, in the basement. They were supposed to remove it. They were supposed to put a top coat on our floor, they did not. They were way behind schedule and pressured my wife into signing that they were done while the stain was still drying, so no walk through. We came to find out later that the sub contractors broke a mirrored sliding closet door. They were to install new stairs and did not put in supports which lead to them breaking within a month of being installed. The subcontractors did not put down any protection for the trim and stained the trim. As for In and Out themselves we reached out to them after we were finally able to get into the house and saw the issues. It was a 3 month slog of calls to get them to finally come out and remove the carpet (different sub contractors). Then another 3 months to even get through to talk with someone about the stairs, closet doors, and trim. We were pushed upto the GM and he degraded us, he tried to bully us into taking $50 for our situation. He was unwilling to give any form of paper work for it. Now they have been calling with what seems like new hires trying to get a positive review of their job. Do not go through In and Out Floors they are not worth it. They will leave you with more work, costs, and a terrible financing company that is also really shady. Please avoid a terrible experience do not use In and Out Flooring... Save yourself, I wish we had.

Waited for more than 2 months for the worker to shop up, but he did a great job.

Left my house a complete wreck it took me and another person a whole day to clean up the mess that was left. The contractor was late every day by at least two hours. In the process of refinishing my floors they took paint off my trim it all needs to be repaired and repainted. They gave me a measly 100 dollars to cover the cost impossible to have it done for 100 dollars

Absolutely fantastic experience start to finish. Very friendly and attentive staff and the floors not only were done quickly but are absolutely beautiful.

20% cheaper than home depot yet the installation was very professional, and the job was done in timely manner.

Single Women or any vulnerable individuals, never use this company because they will try to swindle you, take advantage of you, and bully you. They changed the product to a lower quality vinyl plank and increased the price. Matt, the sales mgr. acted like he was going to hit me and refused to leave when asked. I called the police and then he left.

The installer Rick was the best! He really is keeping this company going. However, I have yet to get my small laundry room floor job completed. The company keeps setting up final installation days, I rework my schedule, wait home, only to be stood up. They never apologize and now keep sending me to their voicemail. I’ve been stood up with appointments made FOUR times. I am at my wits end and would just like my job completed (they did get their money in full)!

A complete and utter disaster. I would never recommend this company to anyone! Shady business practices and cheap products and when you try to call customer “support” for help, they yell at you and treat you like you’re a nuisance. Buyer beware!!!
