They did their work and Dave even took a kitty that was born under the old deck home helping me greatly. Also made a small rock garden for me.

Dave is the owner and the 2 fellows were excellent that work for him. Dave did a great job removing the old grass and did a great job of laying the new sod. They cleaned up after they were done. I would definitely recommend them when replacing your lawn.

*** UPDATE *** Grade A Landscaping got in touch with me after the original review got posted and has currently fixed some issues. They reinstalled the broken pipe and have dug it down deeper, and put new caps on the pipes. They still need to resolve the water issue in my side yard. *** ORIGINAL REVIEW *** Grade A Landscaping? More like Grade F Landscaping. Notice How bad that joke was? Well the work they have done is way worse than that. What was the project? Have gutter downspouts go underground to the drainage ditch. What did they do? They started 2 days late after saying there was no problem scheduling us the day they did. We were in no hurry to get this done, but they insisted they can fit us in without any problems. I really would not have minded the late start if they had at least called me and told me they were going to be a couple days late. They did not dig the pipes down deep enough because after 1 rainstorm, the pipes are showing above ground AND the pipes have come apart in 1 place. The caps for the ends of the pipes have come off. They have the 1 pipe end in my garden, which washed away a bunch of mulch and crated a huge hole. That was just along the house an the front yard. On top of all of that, the pipes they put in my side yard have done nothing but put more water in my yard. My side yard went from being extremely mushy in one area after a little rain to having a big puddle of water in my yard. According to my neighbor (so take it as you may), I have an aqueduct system or something going across my yard and they broke the pipe for it. I am not sure what that is or what it is supposed to do, but it might explain why I am getting big puddles of water in my yard now. I have contacted they and they told me that they are 2-3 weeks behind and to send them pictures. I sent them pictures of all the damage and they have not gotten back to me. They have caused so much damage to my yard and would not recommend them for this type of job. I do not understand how there are so many good reviews, but maybe they do good work with other types of projects. TLDR: This company started late, destroyed my yard, and told me they are 2-3 weeks behind and nothing else when contacting them afterwards.

Dave and his crew are a great bunch of guys. Dave came and estimated the job for both our home and small local business and began working on the same day. I wanted lights up as quickly as possible and within 24 hours both projects were complete. Not easy to find same day service for anything.

Perfect! My yard is a masterpiece!!!

They do not know how to lay sod properly. Sod was not laid in a brick pattern, therefore the seams are all lined up for a drainage problem. The seams are 1 to 2 inches apart. They put 4 pieces of yellow sod down. They laid a piece of sod right on top of a sprinkler head along with the little flag that was marking it. There is a dip in the yard. They were supposed to level the yard. I had to pick up about 4 handfuls of rocks off of the sod when they were finished and had to clean up my driveway, my neighbors driveway and the street in front of my house and the neighbors.

Grade A cake out on a Saturday morning less than an hour after I got on Home Advisor. He was awesome in every way, did a repair I didn’t even warn him needed done and got everything accomplished quickly.
