He seemed rather thorough. He and his partner were on site for about four hours. I’m finding now that there are a few things that were missed. There is evidence of bats. I see it noted on his inspection which was several pages long. I wish he had pointed that out because it is going to be a costly fix. The price seemed to be competitive.
