It went pretty well. They came on time and called to let me know they would be there at a particular time. The only thing he did wrong is that he didn't put booties on his shoes. He did everything else right.

They were prompt and the gentleman who came out was very friendly. Overall, they did a pretty good job. I would have liked that done a better job cleaning the edge where the carpet meets the wall. Also, in the room where the carpet meets the flooring, they weren?t able to get a line up. I didn?t realize that the method they used would leave my carpet sopping wet for up to 8 hours either. I wouldn?t use them again just for this reason even though they did a good job cleaning the carpet. They also pushed air duct cleaning quite a bit!

Had last minute appointment and they met the time and did an excellent job. The house had just been cleared out and with one day in between, was due to show for sale. I called them last minute after seening excellent reviews on Angies. They met the time and did a great job.

I called and they took down my information. I left a message for someone who did not return my phone call. I never heard back from this company.

Called at last minute to have cleaning done before Thanksgiving Day. Steve & Chris arrived promptly at schedule time agreed upon, ready to work. Work was done very professionally and in great time!

Jillian and Steve arrived at the scheduled time and explained to me the process and asked if I had any areas of concern that they should know about. I showed them the areas that needed special attention, and they proceeded to clean. They showed me the areas that were bad while they were cleaning, so I could see how clean they were getting. They were extremely thorough, and I could see the amazing transformation before my eyes. The carpets were very dirty from a prevous home owner and by the time they were done it looked like brand new carpeting, it smelled very fresh and very clean. Excellent service, amazing results and Jillian and Steve were absolutely wonderful to talk with. Great job guys we will use Modernistic for the other services they offer like duct cleaning next.

They were very efficient, and very good. They wouldn?t leave our house until we were completely happy with their services, and customer satisfaction was their goal. Their price was fair and we will use them again in the future.

I called the service after finding it on Angie's list. The lady was very friendly and scheduled to my schedule, within a week. The 2 man team came out and spent a good amount of time doing the cleaning, unlike Saber's service we regretfully hired a couple months ago. I informed them of a cat urine odor problem and they put down a odor control spray. worked great except after the carpet dried my wife found a couple areas missed. I called the company back and the friendly lady once again scheduled them to come back at a time that fit my schedule. The very friendly man/women team came out and went over the areas that were missed. It was a great expericence and we will for sure hire this company again.

After seeing the good reviews on Angie's List, I called on Tuesday to see about getting my carpet cleaned. I asked if they could do it on Friday (today) and the woman I spoke to said that would be fine. She said the technician would call Friday between 7:30 and 8:30 to tell me what time they'd be here. He called around 7:45 and said they'd be here between 10 and 11. A crew of three arrived around 10:20 or so, but I think only two really did the work because it was a smaller job than they first thought. (Somehow, they had written that I had stairs to do, but I didn't.) The workers were very nice and friendly. As they entered the house, they put foot coverings over their shoes, which was great. I always hated it when carpet cleaners would clean with their "outdoor" shoes on. For a few minutes, I couldn't locate my cat and they didn't even mind looking under the bed for him. He had actually run to the basement, but I didn't see him do that and I was concerned that he might have slipped out the door where their hose was. They were finished in about 45 minutes or maybe less. I forgot to look at the clock. The carpet looks great and the one place I had some traffic spots is all clean now. The technician said the carpet would be dry in 5-7 hours, but I didn't really think so. It's been almost 6 hours and I've been cranking the furnace all day up to 75-76 and it's still fairly damp in some places, but that's what I expected from past experiences. My only complaint, if it is one, is that there is one place near a doorway that the carpet is a little stretched out and you can see it's buckled up when you step on it. I hope it will shrink back in place when it's dry, but I'm a little concerned about that. All in all, they did a good job, were polite and professional, showed up on time, charged what I expected and I would probably hire them again.

I called on a Tuesday and they came out on Friday. I was told they would call between 7:30 am & 8:30 to let me know what time they would be here. They called and said they would be at my home betwwen 10am & 1p. they arrived at 11:30. The young men were very friendly and I felt the job done was good. A couple of days later a spot in front of the sofa became visible again. I can't really fault the men, I have two cats and a dog. I was pleased with the work and pleased with the young men.

The technicians were punctual, professional (yet friendly), thorough, and efficient. We used a coupon for the three bedrooms. Would like to see coupons for the cleaning of area rugs in the future.

They came and cleaned it. They didn't do a good job. The stains were still there. As they advertised, I called them to come back and to clean again. They did come back. When they came back they damaged the carpeting. In an area that I didn't want re cleaned. I told the tech not to clean that area. He disregarded my comments. I would never use them again. I was a long tirm customer. They used to do commercial work for me as well as residential.

This company was great to work with. They fit me in to the schedule based on my needs. The technician arrived on time and was very professional. I have 2 dogs and a cat and the carpets were in desperate need of a cleaning.I was considering replacing the carpet but it looks almost new now. I would definitely use Modernistic again.

We are a non-pet family and we bought a home where there had been pets, and the carpets really needed to be cleaned. Don Tarr and his assistant made my carpets clean and fresh. There were stains that I thought would never come out, but they did. Don and his assistant were punctual, friendly, and polite. They were careful in my home. Don took the time to explain how to take care of spills on the carpet properly. I will be setting up an appointment to have Don come out and clean my carpets annually. Thanks for a great job!

It went very well. I called on a Monday and they were able to fit me in the next day. They were on time, actually called and came earlier because they got a cancellation but was fine with my schedule. They did their job, and did it well. Not to mention the price was much better then i've had in the past. Over all I am very pleased with the work that was done and would definitly hire them again.

They were the best carpet cleaner that I have ever had. I can't praise them enough and I'm very satisfied with their work.
