Josh & Nick were at my door at the designated time. Josh explained the process & showed me an inside view of the ducts with his camera. They covered the carpet & stairs with a tarp before bringing in the vacuum hose. They spent a couple of hours cleaning the ducts. Nick went from room to room afterward - removed, cleaned, replaced all the vent covers. Josh showed me an inside view of the ducts again (after cleaning) - what a difference. He replaced the furnace filter (we had an extra filter) and told us we would breathe better and there would be less dust in the house. It just smells 'clean' too.

The cleaners arrived at specified time and were very professional. We are getting ready to move into the house to purchased and Ryan was outstanding. Removed all the pet stains and the cleaning brightened the entire house. Would recommend to anyone.

Overall they were very quick and responsive. I called on a Saturday afternoon and was able to schedule the carpet cleaning for Monday morning. The cleaning took about 45 minutes with 2 guys working. I opted for the additional sanitizing and disinfecting as I had just moved into a new house. Very happy with the work and price!

They didn't do as good of a job as I would have liked. I don't think they did a good job with clean up. It was a messy job. They didn't put tarps and that stuff over things. I feel like they rushed and didn't take their time.

It went very well. We have used them in our previous home, so we have been very happy. They are very courteous and professional and answer all of our questions.

They have been wonderful. They are very good on follow through. The price depends on what we want done. Sometimes they have specials, but it all depends on the square footage. The price just varies if we were to have only the living room and dining room done and not the bedroom or another part of a stairway. Their price was competitive. They always show up when they say they are going to. They do what they say there are going to do. We will use them again in the future.

Set up the appointment online, then received an email confirmation for the appointment. Received a call the morning of the appointment to confirm the appointment & advise the time frame they would show up. They showed up within the time frame, explained the procedure and completed it in a timely manner.

The cleaning technician appeared to be in a hurry, and did not take his time cleaning the carpet. The carpet was still pretty wet when he left, and once the carpet dried, there were still many stains left, so we do not think that they were pre-treated properly.

They did a good job. They prompt, courteous, and polite.

The technician was punctual and called before to give estimated time of arrival. He was pleasant and professional. He listened to what I needed and asked me to check the areas that I was concerned about after he finished with them. He gave instructions about drying times. I would definitely use this company again and will ask for the same technician.

I will probably use another company for carpet cleaning in the future because the carpet was very wet when they left, and they caused damage to my wall paint in some places. The price was very high for the carpet cleaning, as well.

I liked that they quoted the whole price up front for the air duct cleaning. They were also very pleasant.

I don’t remember how much we spent on their services. They did exactly what they said they would do. They took very good care and were very careful in our home. They were polite and clean. They did exactly what they said they would do which is to come in and clean our carpets. They did a nice job. I thought their price was fair when the woman made the appointment. So I guess it was okay. Their quality was good. We will absolutely use their services again in the future.
