They did a great job, my carpet was very dirty and way past when it should have been cleaned. They worked hard in the high traffic areas, it looks great.

The company performed its job as described

I usually use Stanley Steemer to clean my carpets and furniture but they are a little pricey so after looking at reviews of other carpet cleaning companies I saw the Modernistic ad that had great reviews. I called at the beginning of the week to schedule a morning because I work cleaning of 2 rooms of carpet & a couch & a loveseat. The worker set it up for Friday morning she said. She told me that someone would call between 7:30 & 9:30 in the morning to give me a 2 hour window.After moving a bunch of furniture out of the 2 rooms I received a call stating they would be at my home between 11:00 & 1:00. I was not happy about this time because I scheduled it for the morning but said ok and I would be here. Well I continued to wait until 1:00 then continued waiting after 1:00 and finally left my home at about 1:20 and late for work. I received a call then telling me they were running late and it would be another 20 to 30 minutes before they got to my home. No apology from carpet cleaner worker and a complete waste of my time and day and I had a party planned for that weekend and needless to say my carpets were not cleaned before it. I will never use them again and I will pay the little extra cost and go back to Stanley Steemer they never did anything like this. They need to realize that people don't have time to wait around and if their going to be late they should call the customer ahead of time not wait until their already late.

They did a good job. I was not actually there while they were doing the work.

Carpets looked great when wet, but stains returned when carpet dried. We aren't holding the company responsible because no other company we have used in the past were able to remove the stains.

I thought it was very expensive for the cleaning we received. 90% of the tile looked great, but the edges, corners and behind the toilet weren't touched in any of the bathrooms. A ceramic tile towel holder was broken in the main bath and the technician said he would report it immediately to the company on Thursday. Finally on Tuesday, when we hadn't heard anything my husband called to find out the status. He received a call back within 1/2 an hour and a manager came out the same day to take pictures. We are still waiting for them to come out and fix it.

It went perfectly fine, and the price was very reasonable - and the workers were very professional and courteous.

Wow!!! What a great job. I had another company clean my carpets 2 months prior and they looked ok. Modernistic made my carpet look like new. My guests asked if I had new carpet laid. I will ALWAYS use Modernistic for my floor cleaning needs.

wn a We scheduled an appointment for a Thursday morning and I told them I had to leave no later than Noon, so please make me an early appointment. However, they made me the last appointment of the morning and didn't show up until 11:00. While they did complete the job on time and I was able to leave at Noon, I was nervous all morning waiting for them to arrive. They cleaned 2 Bedrooms, Family Room, Hallway and Stairs but did not move furniture other than small bedside tables. They did a good job especially on the stairs which looked very dirty and worn and when they left they looked great. They also put down a "scotch guard" type carpet protector. I was very happy with the way the carpets looked when they left.

It was terrific. I had coupons that didn't apply to the services I received. Tom from Modernistic instructed me where to get coupons to save me money and that got me a $25 discount I hadn't expected. I'd also counted too much floor space and not counted an ottoman, so they deducted $15 for the extra hallway and added $12 for the ottoman. In the end, the entire project cost $28 less than the online estimate. I loved Modernistic's online estimator, by the way.

I have used Modernistic in the past. They are prompt, professional (one bad experience) and seem to know their stuff. I had them clean older carpet on the stairs and landing. The technician pointed out spots of paint (freshly painted walls) and what to do to get them out. He also dry cleaned two chairs and an ottoman and did a good job.

I found them to be overpriced. They quoted me one price and became rather pushy in their attempts to upsell.

I like working with this company. They’re very professional and the experience has been good overall. They always have coupons, so their prices are good.

I had my air ducts cleaned by the Modernistic team, I knew they were bad with years of dust and plaster but I didn't realize how bad until I was shown through their scope camera. (before and after cleaning). I deinitely notice the difference in my home as far as dust. It's so much CLEANER, now! I would definitely recommend Modernistic to everyone. They not only do a great job but gave a great deal with the $100 off coupon. The Modernistic team, Josh and Anthony, were very pleasant, professional, and considerate of our newly laid wood flooring. Dave and his partner were very friendly. They called in the morning to give me a window of when they would be here. They were here on time and actually a little early, which was wonderful! The couch looks great. I am very happy with this service.

They called as promised and arrived at the front end of the estimated time window. I had another service pro at my house at the time for an estimate on an unrelated service, and he needed about 15 more minutes to finish up. The Modernisitc guys said no problem, and waited without making a big deal out of it. They were in and out in under an hour and the carpet looks and smells great. My wife commented this was the best cleaning of the last 3 companies we had used. She actually couldn't believe how good a job it was. (She was on her hands and knees several times sniffing the floor because she couldn't believe how clean they were and smelled, especially in high traffic areas in our family room, and problem areas where a new puppy (5-6 years ago) had prior accidents that apparently did not get that clean with previous cleaners.) I had noticed after other cleanings, after a few hours during that time when the carpets where getting to the point where they were starting to dry, but still damp, there was always a musty, verging on bad, smell that would eventually go away after things completely dried out. This smell never happened during the time the carpets were drying this time. I had thought about having upholstery done on our couches, but didn't schedule it with the carpets. I probably will have that done by them in the future.

I made the appointment on line. They promptly got back with me with the details of the appointment. He called me the morning of the appointment to let me know what time they would be here. They were on time, professional and very thorough in their cleaning. I was pleased with the work that was performed in my home. My furniture and carpeting desperately needed some TLC and Modernistic definitely provided it. I would recommend them to any of my friends or family. Excellent experience.

I expected a deeper cleaning. When addressed about a better cleaning, service tech said he was doing a good job.

I liked everything about them. It was easy to get a appointment with them. They showed up when they were supposed to and the price is great for the quality.

I had an excellent experience with Modernistic. I scheduled the appointment online and received my quote before booking (LOVE this. Thank you, Modernistic.) They were very competitive with their pricing. I received an email confirmation of the appointment timeframe (9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.) and was told that my service provider would contact me the morning of the appointment to narrow down the window of time. Ryan called me at 8:30 a.m. to let me know that they would be there between 10 AM and noon. They did indeed arrive as scheduled, at 10:30. They both introduced themselves and got right to work, protecting the corners of my walls with plastic guards and wearing paper covers over their shoes. They finished the work in 90 minutes and my carpets and upholstery look almost new! I am a very happy customer.

They were on time, very polite, and did a thourough job. I would use them again. My furniture looks great after cleaning. They made sure we were satisfied, and paid particular attention to make sure the job was done right.
