Description of Work: I had an idea what might be wrong with my AC. He fixed exactly what we thought, no more. I used my Angie's list $20 coupon on their automatic service charge just for coming out to my house. They charge by 15 minute increments so if they get done within an hour, the charge won't be rounded up. I received a follow-up call and they explained that to me. Also received a thank you note in the mail. I was very happy I wasn't having to pay for a new AC system.

 + -1 more.AACE Services is extremely professional. They are friendly and easy to work with. They were timely and competitive in responding to quotes given by several contractors. When awarded the contract, they met with City electrical inspectors to review the work to be done. They started the project on time and completed it on time. They kept me informed on their progress throughout the project. They were neat during the process and cleaned up at the project conclusion. The work was excellent and approved by both the City Electrical Inspector and the City Building Inspector. The work was done during the worst winter in the area's history. They were able to work around the difficulty of snow and ice and still complete the project on time
Description of Work: Repair to an approximately 70 year old home to meet the City of Taylor, MI home inspection requirement for sale of the home. House exterior upper and lower service cable replacement of deteriorated service cable on rear of house overhang soffit. Rewire interior of detached garage. Remove overhead wiring from house to garage and replace with underground service. Install GFCI plugs in kitchen, bathroom and garage. Install additions plugs in bedrooms. Reattach exterior flood lights on garage and house. Restore all electrical service to City of Taylor Code requirements.

Description of Work: We used Aace Services to put into new power to my garage. He ran buried cable out to the garage. I also wanted new outlets for better lighting for the garage and he suggested that I just put in brighter light bulbs. He got me a couple of brighter light bulbs.
