Description of Work: The movers were good they did however severely scratched an expensive desk of mine. In the mover's defense but at least one more if not two additional movers. The moving estimator did not correctly take into account the amount and weight of my furniture which resulted in only two movers showing up.

Description of Work: We had them move select furniture and boxed items from Florida to Michigan. Kaitlyn and Carol were both very nice, efficient and easy to work with. The driver, Joel, was also very nice. His truck, the blankets and other protective materials he used were immaculate and I felt very confident and comfortable about the care he took of our things.

Description of Work: I used this company based on a recommendation from a friend, who used them a year ago. I requested the same team that moved her, and was told some of them were no longer with the company, but that I would receive the same team leader, something that did not happen. The team that did show up was three people; two experienced movers who spent most of their time taking smoke breaks and giving verbal directions to a young man who was new to the job and who single handedly moved almost all of my many boxes. Most of the time only this one person was working, so the job ran over by several hours, increasing the charges by about 25%. The person who estimated costs had underestimated the amount of things to be moved and the truck they sent was too small, so I ended up finishing the move myself in my small station wagon. The best thing I can say about this company is that they did not break anything.

Description of Work: They moved all the large furniture from my house to a condo they were on time and very careful with the furniture and my house and condo.

Description of Work: Moved and removed furniture in my home. Best money I ever spent. Great crew- very prompt, professional, careful, and pleasant. I'd do it all again.

Description of Work: I have to say the team who did my move.. Thom and Kelly , made this happen. They were awesome in every way imaginable, from backing the biggest truck I've ever seen into a narrow spot, to arranging for the estimate-rs mistakes to be taken care of flawlessly. I think we had one broken plate in a complete cross county move,, and WE packed them ourselves to can't blame no body but us. Kudos to Thom and Kelly, for Superb customer service, care and handling. and for being a great team that really made this happen as it should .

Description of Work: The movers were very professional and they worked extremely fast! It only took a few hours to move all of our items and that included taking apart electronics, wrapping them, and putting them back together. I was amazed at how fast they worked, even in the cold weather. They ran the entire time.

Description of Work: Will & Ryan did a good job with a couple of verbal oops but no damage. The only problem is that we packed a floor standing jewelry armoire in the original packing in the original box, with a picture on the box and they brought it in the new house upside down. Needless to say every item inside was in disarray. Nothing damaged but it took over two hours to untangle and locate items that had dropped into any available slot. | They were very quick and even finished before the estimated time, even though we added an additional twelve or so extra items at the last minute.

Description of Work: They moved our furniture to our new home, they did just as we discussed before hand. And even took things we did not list to go. A stair wall was scratched at our new home...and was taken care of to our satisfaction. We would use them again.l
