Again as I stated above the Guys were Great,Neat,and professional.There were no problems.They are good Team!!! They even brought a few things over to my neighbors for me! AWSOME IN MY BOOK!!!

We are extremely pleased with White Star. They arrived on time. The three movers worked hard for five hours. They were very polite and were respectful of our home and our goods. They were pleasant and very accommodating. They put furniture where we wanted, it, and willingly rearranged furniture when I changed my mind. Great company. I highly recommend.

It was excellent! The crew of four (Driver Mike A., and helpers Joe C., Anthony, and Joe Y.) with two trucks arrived on time and worked through the light rain. They laid down padding on the floor of both homes to protect the surfaces from the rain and as a safety measure. There was no damage to walls or the items, and there were, indeed, some heavy pieces. They completed the work under the estimated time, were professional, and courteous. They even helped reassemble and place the furniture, suggesting more efficient arrangements than we had thought of originally. We're very pleased and recommend them highly.

They were fantastic. They were very fast and efficient. Their price was reasonable and the movers were extremely careful with my things. I have some expensive things and I noted they always take the utmost care. They are friendly and have great customer service.

May Flower which is in partner with White Star delivered my furniture to a storage unit. I bought my grandsons with me. I felt a litter nervous by some of the things they were saying and the way they were handling my furniture. I did not feel safe saying anything to them about the service. Many of my items were broken or stolen. I claimed a police report on the whole situation and filed a complaint on the Better Business Bureau . The company does not stand by their work for solving issues and replacing broken or missing items.

They wrapped and packed up my daughters things into a crate for a move by Mayflower Vanlines. They showed up on time. Packed everything up (wrapped things even better than I thought they would and better than I probably would have). Got it on the Mayflower truck and got it to AZ on time. My daughter is thrilled to have her things.

Overall great service, nothing was broken, service was on time, professional, met and exceeded expectations. highly recommend.

Great. I would highly recommend them. Chris explained various options to me and I opted to pack everything myself and just pay by the hour. They did loan wardrobe boxes and TV boxes as needed the day of the move. The crew of two was right on time the day of the move. They were extremely fast and efficient. There were a few scratches I noticed after the move so I think a couple of things could have been better handled in the van, but overall, they did a better job of handling furniture than any of the 3 companies I have used in the past. They actually finished in less time than estimated and therefore the cost was below the estimate by about $100.

They were helpful. They set it up relatively quickly within a day or two. The service was good, and the guys were nice. They didn’t break any of our stuff, so that made us pretty happy. I don’t pick who we move and I don’t pay them either, so it's not like I have much options. I was fine with them; I don’t know how anybody else would.

They did a wonderful job and were on time. The driver also participated in the moving and packing. They worked night and day. They are very prompt and professional. Whatever she quote me that was it.

We had two moves: 1st on 05/10/12 @ $653.00 from a condo (Sterling Heights, MI) and 2nd on 05/11/12 @ $769.00 from a house (Clinton Twp, MI), both to a new home (Shelby Twp, MI). The 2nd set (05/11/12) of three guys were great, they were fast, focused, very professional and serious about their job, and our time - these guys had very heavy furniture and appliances to move, and were actually completed earlier than planned - under estimated time & cost - they were Awesome! However, the 1st set (05/10/12) of two guys were good, but didn't have the focused drive, took allot of smoking breaks, and breaks to just chit-chat in the back of the truck - now true they need time to relax if it was a difficult move, but there were no applicances and not much furniture - and what there was, was not the big solid heavy furnitire, just mostly boxes. Therefore, the 1st set of guys were slower and went over our estimated time & costs. I would still recommend White Star Movers, but the team you get for your move is still a luck of the draw on if you get a focused fast team or a more laid back casual team.

They were very professional and very good. They were hard workers. They took time to ensure that everything I wanted done was done, and they made sure that they had put everything prior to leaving.

We were moving into our new house after temporary housing. We had four storage units - about 2 miles away from our new house. Yep - I said FOUR storage units. White Star came out and looked at each unit, explained what they could move as is, and what would have to be packed better for moving, and gave an estimate which was very competitive. I even compared it against hiring labor and a U-Haul, and it made much more sense to go with full service.The day arrived, and the two trucks and four movers pulled into the storage unit at the same time I did - right on time at 9:00am. They subtracted the time they took for lunch from the total bill. All four men were actively moving furniture, boxes and miscellaneous items for 8-9 hours. My husband is usually a DIY mover, and insisted on helping - but got worn out long before the 8 hours were up. We had a particularly heavy King Size 100% Latex mattress to move up a flight of stairs - the movers were flipping to see who did it. That's the only down side, the mattress or a box put a mark in one of the walls I was hoping not to have to repaint. But - we didn't notice the mark until the next day, and it could have been one of our teenagers, it just makes more sense that it was that mattress. Overall - I would hire them again in a heartbeat! Nothing was broken and everything wound up exactly where we wanted it!

I have used them a couple of times and have very good experiences with them. I like the fact that they are very conscientious about where they put the items and furniture placement. They were very careful and wanted to make sure where they left the items was actually where we wanted them so we did not have to do any moving after the fact. They were very good about that and we have not had any items broken. I will use them again in the future.

They were clean, neat, and very affordable. I was very satisfied with the quality of work this company did for me.

They moved my belongings off my rental truck but did NOT assemble anything. There were multiple gripes about the company that packed me in the city I moved from. They did arrive punctually, but it would have been nice if they put my bed together at least.

They were fast. I did notice that some of the doorways and hallways were scrapped out by furniture because they were a little too fast. I didn’t notice those until they were finished.

Their estimator came to the house and took an inventory of everything that was to be moved. Based on the inventory she gave me an estimate of cost to move us. She explained that based on what we were moving that we needed 2 trucks and 4 movers and that it would take approximately 9 hours. Moving day came and they were right on time, introduced themselves and asked for a walk thru of the house to get an idea of what was to be moved. They immediately got to work and had the trucks packed in less than 4 hours. They drove to the new house and efficiently unloaded the trucks placing all of the furniture and items where we wanted them to go. They assembled all of the beds and items with glass shelves. Before they left they asked us if there was anything that we would like moved to a different room or placed in a different place in the room. After moving a few items the bill was prepared and it came in several hundred dollars less than the estimate. It really was a great experience and we were amazed at how much fun the guys seemed to have during the move. The crew was in a word phenomenal.

This was a great experience. The guys were ontime, very careful with all the furniture. Friendly and fast. I expected things to take a lot longer than it did. Overall I would give these guys an A+++ and recomend them to anyone.

White Star gave us an accurate estimate. They were quick, strong and courteous. What more could you ask for? We were very pleased.

Two guys arrived on time, were very careful with the stuff and also worked rapidly. The only caveat was that they charged me an extra "truck charge," even though the lady on the phone had said that there was no additional charge other than the hourly charge for their time.

Excellent. We had a great recommendation from a friend, then they turned out to have the lowest hourly rate and also were the only company I called for an estimate that said two men were appropriate for the job instead of three (we moved the boxes ourselves, so the third man would have been unnecessary). The two workers were excellent, they did everything efficiently, took minimal breaks, and added a few odds and ends into the truck at my request without hesitation. I was amazed at some of the things they lifted without breaking down into smaller parts. That saved a lot of time, which obviously saved me money, too.

Why does anyone rent a U-Haul and move themselves? These guys were very professional, from the estimator to the movers, and it was well worth the money. The estimate was a little higher than what I ended up paying, even when adding on a dumping fee on the fly, to get rid of an entertainment center I no longer wanted. Even though I was paying by the hour, the movers were efficient and moved quickly, asking me questions when needed, but otherwise just getting it done. Nothing damaged.

Great company! Called promptly after website enquiry with quote. On moving day, two younger guys arrived 5 minutes ahead of schedule. They were polite, friendly, and careful with our things. At the new house, they took the time to attempt to take apart my desk so they could fit it in the basement. They even moved a couch the previous owner left so we wouldn't have to struggle with it on garbage day.

Movers talked on their cell phones, complained when told where to put things, did not finish moving all things and we were left to move the rest.
