Description of Work: We were initially pleased with this company.They were pleasant and their work was good. However, as they finished the floor, the workers broke a tile. They returned to replace that tile and needed to come back another time to finish the grout. More than a year has passed and they never returned and have not been responsive to our requests that they finish the work.

 + -1 moreEric promptly return my initial phone call and set up appointment to come out to estimate job within a day of call. The price was reasonable, so work was scheduled to be done the following Monday. On the day of appointment, Eric showed up early and did a very nice job of re-caulking the tub and shower tiles. We were very satisfied with the work and professionalism of Eric. My only concern was there was no offer of a written estimate or details of work to be done. I had made the initial call to Eric, but my husband met him the day of the estimate appointment. When I learned my husband had not gotten a written estimate that detailed the work to be done, I called and left a message asking that this be left in the mailbox for us before the day the work was to be done. It was not left for us, or offered on the day of the appointment. For this particular job, it wasn't an issue, however, if you need a written estimate I would just suggest you make sure you get it at time of initial estimate. Now that we know the quality of workmanship, we would certainly use Eric again, however.
