I wouldn't use them again. I got the feeling that he didn't have my best interest in mind and that he just wanted to get the job done quickly. I'm not satisfied with a lot of spots that he did. He said he was going to do some things with the decking before he put the flooring down, he ended up not doing it and he tried to charge me for it. So subsequently there are some non level parts of the floor. Which looks okay at first but over the winter some gaps opened up that I can catch my shoe on and stuff like that. He just wanted to slam it in there and get his money, he didn't care about how it would look down the road. He should have told me to dry out the house before he installed it. So over the winter when things dried out, gaps and openings between the planks began to form. There are some humps in the floor that you can definitely feel. He didn't take care to make sure that the infrastructure was right before he finished it all. He also broke a few things in the house that he claimed he didn't break. I tried to call him a couple of times and he didn't return my calls.
