He responds right away, and his prices are extremely reasonable for anyone’s budget. For example, I had a tenant who had no hot water. Ordinarily, you would expect to need to replace the hot water heater. There was actually a short in the electricity that was causing the problem. Romell took care of the short and saved me quite a bit of money. When I called, naturally it was an emergency due to the lack of hot water. I called at seven thirty last night and he came over already today, less than twenty four hours later, and the tenant is satisfied and the job is already complete. I have used him for over five years and I've always been satisfied.
