Installation went well. Brian was very professional, prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He was very also patient -- he was fielding calls/questions from the office during installation and never got irritated during the process. With all of that going on, he took his time and did a perfect install. He went above and beyond. During his initial visit, I expressed concern about "critters" getting into the garage via a piece of broken rubber on our second door (we use this to access to the back yard). He said he would bring a piece to patch it for me. On install day, he remembered to bring the rubber and replaced the entire thing. I really appreciate that. We also wanted to replace our steel entry door to the garage, but he said they did not do regular entry doors, only garage doors. They would have had that job also and I was a little sad to have to go to somebody else. We are very pleased with the work and the new door.

They came when they said and he completed his job fast and every thing is working good now. Before tune up my garage door was stopping and opening on its own and was making a loud noise.

Good experience, assessed what needed to be done, everything was then explained to me, with the approximate cost.

Serviceman was there about 10 minutes and did not perform inspections his own company said he should have but they still would not lower their $200 service charge for making spring adjustment

My garage door would only open half way and then would not close or open any further even after I disconnected the opener. I called to make an appointment at about 10:00 am and they were able to come the same day at 1:00 pm. About an hour after my call, the tech called me and said he had finished his other job early and would be able to come over in 10 minutes. When the technician arrived, he inspected the door and opener and quickly discovered it was the transmission that was the issue. He gave me two options for fixing the problem and gave me quotes for each option. I decided to just replace the broken part. It didn't take long to fix and he had the needed part on his truck. After replacing the transmission, he tested the door and inspected the other moving parts. The technician was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. I would call Precision Garage Door again.

I called Precision on Oct. 15 and talked to Paula. I at least wanted a reduction in charges. After a 15 minute conversation, she said she would talk to people and see what they could do. I called Oct. 16 and left a voice mail. I called Oct. 17 and talked to someone who said she would put papers on Paula's desk. I asked this person how much it would cost to repair the doors since I was supposed to have had a safety inspection. She said about $800. I never got a call back. I called another door service from Angies List. He came out and didn't charge a service call. He also said I didn't need repairs at this time but he would suggest repairing rather than getting new doors. It was $582 less than Precision's quote.

It went well. The technician did an excellent job. He was on time, called ahead to let me know when he would arrive, finished the work quickly, and did a great job.

There was a delay, and they were supposed to come, but they couldn't come back until 2 days later, and by then somebody else had already come. They called me and told me that they couldn't get anybody, it was a high time for them, and they were proactive about that. Their coming out fee was a lot more higher than I expected, just for them to come and look at it.

The Service man that came out was very good. He did a fantastic job on my door. When he finished it worked just like new. He was very thorough. What impressed me most was he took the time to explain to me everything he did. He did not seem to mind that I was a woman when he gave us advice how to keep my door working good.

vendor showed up on time as promised and completed work without issue. A couple of weeks later, we had an issue, with the garage door opener light blowing our repeatedly. I called, and they promptly came out the next day and resolved the issue. They were very responsive and professional, with good communication.

I did not need this deal.

I would use them again in the future.

They came today and saw the garage door, but they were charging other money. They added $380 more for rollers. The guy was very cooperative and he explained things very well. I just found a better Big Deal on Angie's List that included the rollers,

It didn't 'go'. The work was never performed!

They set up an appointment with me immediately and were out the following day. It was an excellent service. Everyone I worked with at the company was very reputable. I had to pay additional for some parts for work not covered under the deal but the fees were reasonable.

awesome co. gave me a price over and above Angies special for extra work that he showed me that needed fixing. I told him to go ahead. He was very nice, everything got done quick. Left garage clean. Would highly recommend this Co.

When I scheduled the appointment, and they came out to my house, they told me that they do not service my type of garage door (single panel), and could not help me. They instructed me to ask Angie's list for a refund. They were very professional and helpful, though.

Need a new spring for my garage door. Did not allow them to do the work because they immediately quoted me double what I paid last time (a company which they bought) to repair the door spring. Guy was professional and nice. Tried to sell me on "you get what you pay for " but I lose respect for companies who come out the gate with a "we would like to charge you more because of the size of your house" rate. Their trucks are painted in advertising which equals lots of overhead costs which must be past down to the customer. Didn't hesitate to take a $75 check to drive to my house. They have a big automated system which emails you so you'll be paying for lots of things other than the actual garage door work. They may do very good work but they won't get the chance on my house with those kind of prices.

The delivery of the doors were delayed because the color was not stockedand this delayed the installation by a couple of weeks. Our old doors were working so this was not a major issue. The crew of two men arrived on time and were professional. A problem arose when we had a recent power outage. We were unable to manually open one door and the other banged on the rail but could be forced open. We called the company and Josh from the original crew came out promptly and raised the rails up. No problem now and no charge. One thing we did find strange was that the quote and original invoices did not give a specific manufacturer and model number, Just Precision's part number and a description of "8x7 INSULATED ALMOND". Precision was accommodating and included the manufacturer and model number information on the technician's work order and a copy was provided. Although warranty repairs are performed by Precision there is a warranty provided by the manufacturer Amar and we wanted something to state that it was an Amar door that was installed and when. Overall we are very happy with the installation.

Very timely and professional . Very over priced. They would not use the weather stripping that I provided which I purchased for $35 Instead I got charged $160 for thier weather stripping and had to help him put it on!

I looked at the reviews that are out there. Don’t use this company. They are a national company and they have got branches in each state. I was provided a quote from them over the phone. I told them exactly what metal it was and it was insulated. I gave them all the specification and they gave me a price over the phone. They sent the technician out and he was on time. There was no issue as far as punctuality. He came in and told that they gave an inaccurate quote. He told me it was going to be an additional $50. Then he started looking at the rollers and told me everything on my door looked great. There was some corrosion on one roller and he asked me if I wanted to replace it. I said no thanks. Then he wanted to sell me the garage door which was going to be in excess of $500. I told him no because the current one works. Then he proceeded to complete the work. After they completed the work they wrote void for the warranty on my receipt because I refused to replace the one corroded roller. Basically when they come out they try to do an upsell and they are very pushy with the upsell. If you don’t take any of the upsell they void the warranty on the receipt. They gave me a price of $150 over the phone and it was $200 when I was all set and done. When I refused the upsell they told me to buy out the springs for $50 when all was set and done. They were pushy on the upsell. They did a great job on the work. It was on time and it was quick. When they gave me the quote over the phone they told the door weight had to do something with it. They told me it was going to be $50 more after it was installed. When I looked at the other reviews on the company, other people were saying the exact same thing. They were very pushy on the upsell. They had somebody out immediately and I was very pleased with that.
