My garage door spring broke while I was home for lunch. I am a nurse and needed to get back to work. I called precision because they were one of the first names on the search and had a local office. I get very lucky as they were able to have Brian out to my house in under an hour. He inspected the job and noted a potential problem with the other garage door. He had both problems fixed in about 45 minutes and cleaned up after himself in a professional manner. He did a great job, even in the middle of COVID and I will call them again should my garage door need additional service.

Our technician (Logan) was outstanding. So refreshing these days to see and interact with a young person that truly understands how to do business. Logan was professional, courteous and very knowledgable about Precision Garage Door services and products. He also offered multiple options and pricing for us to consider, allowing us to make an informed decision. He could've sold me anything and I'd be happy. Steve the installer was amazing, very professional in every way did a excellent job on the door and opener. When he was finished took the time to explain everything about the door and how to take care of it to make it last. All contact with Precision was great kept me informed with everything that was going on. AAA+++

Just about perfectly. The repair tech was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and proficient. The removal of the old unit went smoothly. The installation of the new unit was accompanied by a few training demos about how the infrared safety lights worked. A thorough test of every component followed and then the installation was deemed complete. Clean up was perfect. Repairman Mark Kucel handled the entire job from start to finish without a hitch.

On time arrival. Done professionally and within short time frame. Was given 4 detailed estimates of available services based on the wear & tear of our door and parts. Our garage door spring and cable had broken Friday night at 7pm. I called Precision's customer service shortly after. They were able to set me up for a Saturday morning (next day) arrival estimate between 10am-12pm. Brian had the door fixed - added 2 springs to the double door, replaced all rollers, general lube and maintenance, etc. - by 11:30 that morning.

I called to get an appointment and they were able to come out within a day. Mark showed up on time, reviewed the situation, and provided me with an estimate. He also pointed out some other parts that could use service and provided additional estimates. I ended up having more work done than I had initially anticipated, but I'm so happy I did. Mark completed the work in about an hour and showed me everything that was done. My garage door has never been so quiet!

I called them on a Saturday at 3pm, they got someone here on a Sunday morning.......Amazing. No extra charge for Sunday repair. The repair tech, Stephen Jr. was great, did I say great, I mean really great. He showed me everything, talked me thru it all. And my garage door works like a charm. I will use these guys everytime, and I HIGHLY recommend them. I just want to keep saying good things, because I had such a great experience with them. Thanks Stephen Jr. You rock, Michele

Great service. Arrived when suppose to.

One cable broke on a cold winter afternoon. Precision door came that evening and replaced both cables. Took about 20 minutes. They saved us in a genuine emergency.

It went great! The door was fixed and tuned up. The technician was on time and repaired everything quickly. He explained everything he did and the job was done to my satisfaction.

The only delay was for the ordering of a new replacement door. The actual replacement required less than 3 hrs.

The technician was able to diagnose the problem and explain it to me clearly as he went along. The steps he proposed took care of the problem and both garage doors work smoothly.

Garage door is beautiful and everything is running great with the new door. Great work by Precision Garage Door.

The company representative was on time, provided the estimate, answered all questions.

Total scam. They quote you a ridiculously high price and then threaten you with paying for the house call estimate.

The technician came out and was unaware of the Deal I bought. He was somewhat astonished and had to call the office to see if the deal was real. That was a bit bizarre. He got the door lubricated, changed 4 rollers and it runs perfect. I asked about replacing the weather seal on the one car garage door and he quoted $170. Seemed high, so I skipped that.

The Tecnition came on time and looked very knowledgeable. After 30 min of inspection he gave me a quote for $674 for replacing the spring, hinges and 3 barriers. I mentioned I had a $79 off service fee coupon and he said that he’ll accept it. After one hour he completed the repair and I was ready to pay him. Surprisingly the total stayed the same and the coupon wasn’t applied. There’s another review on this company with the same complaint about their misleading Angie’s list coupon, I wish I would have read it prior so I would have avoided calling them in the first place. Was very disappointing to discover that since they are pricy and at least it would be nice to see a bit of a discount from that useless coupon.

The technician went through a complete analization. He pointed out multiple potential problems, some of which were not evident to me when viewing them. When he presented me with the quote, I went into sticker shock. I simply could not afford an entire placement. After consulting another company, our primary need was a spring replacement.
