Precision Garage Door of Southeast Michigan

This is the second garage door I have had installed by this company. At my recommendation, my son and my next door neighbor both chose them also and have been very happy with their experience. I never had a single issue with my first door, but it was badly damaged in a collision with my car. I called them on a Saturday morning and Eric was there in an hour to remove the door to provide access to the garage. On Monday morning I received a call from Katie to schedule the installation and by noon on Tuesday Dustin had the door installed. Everyone was very friendly and professional. It was a pleasure doing business with all of them. I wish that I could give them 100 stars!

My garage door spring broke and I called Precision Garage Door. They came out the same day and their technician, Jeff Parkes, quickly assessed the problem, he explained what needed to be done to repair the door, and he gave us an exact price for the repair. Jeff was very friendly and had the repair done quickly. I couldn’t have had a better experience. Thanks so much.

Excellent service. Garage door spring broke and I didn't discover it until Saturday night. I called several Angi 's top recomended sites. No luck. Then I called Precision Garage Door of Southeast Michigan They scheduled an appointment for Sunday. The service tech came earlier than expected. It turned out that Precision had installed that broken spring years ago. They had it in their records. It had a lifetime warrenty . The spring was replaced for free. All I had to pay for was the service call. This was Sunday and the charge was reasonable. I'm a happy camper!

The work was done quickly and professionally.

All new rollers. Door aligned. New opener with a very quiet belt drive and a great app for monitoring the door. Awesome service! Mark was great.

We called in the late afternoon and were given a 2 hour window for the next afternoon. They called 1 1/2 hours before the window to see if we were ready for them. They came, assessed the door and talked us through the repairs needed. They did the repairs in an hour. When they were done they showed us the parts they replaced so we could see why they needed to be replaced. We are very pleased with the service.

Everything went very well. The technicians showed up on time and were quickly able to resolve my issues with the keypad and remote.

Excellent communication with this company prior to and after service. Technicians Caleb and Justin arrived on time and were very professional and courteous. They answered all of our questions and some we didn't think to ask. They worked very efficiently. Once the job was completed they patiently made sure we understood how to operate everything. My wife and I are very pleased with service and our new LiftMaster opener.

It was very professional job . Caleb schaf was very good to explain the problems in detail and advised us about different packages of repair. I liked his punctuality, calm nature and clean work. I would highly recommend him and the company .

Salesman was extremely professional and personable. Showed us multiple doors we could buy and never once tried to push a more expensive option. Once we settled on the door we would like he explained in detail the installation process and was truthful about the order time due to the pandemic and even answered emails once he left regarding some questions we had. We were immediately notified when the garage door was delivered to their facility and the next day they were out and installing it. The installation crew was prompt (even early), extremely friendly and had it installed within 2 hours. They cleaned up the entire garage and even wiped down the entire door after installation. Would 100% recommend this company!

He was able to unlock/ open the garage door that was stuck shut without damaging the door.

Fantastic! Mark did a great job quickly repairing everything and replacing things that needed to be replaced. Door went from a rattly claptrap mess, to dead silent and accurately opening and closing.

Great price, prompt, professional and install completed as stated. customer service is top notch. noticed a small dent in the lower inside panel. Called, and a service tech was promptly dispatched to review and take photos. I expected this damage to be compensated on my bill....however to my surprise they ordered a whole new lower panel. nice!! highly recommend for price, job quality, professionalism and customer satisfaction.

I couldn't be more pleased. Jeff analyzed the problem and his suggestion for a new door was spot on. Jon did the installation which was fast, professional, and the clean-up thorough. He also programmed the panel and his explanations were clear and concise. A minor hiccup with the ribbon/skirt on the problem of the door was repaired better than new by Jeff the same day I called (on a Saturday!). Highly recommended.
