Mike was very responsive and professional. He had the condo listed online within one day of our initial meeting with beautiful photos he had taken. The description for listing was very well done - highlighting the best points without misleading potential buyers like a lot of listings out there. The communication Mike and his office provided was excellent - I was e-mailed notification of all showings along with any comments from the showings They were always available to answer any questions either via e-mail or phone. Once the condo sold Mike handled all of the paperwork keeping us informed of all the details every step of the way. Since we could sign the closing documents ahead of time Mike handled the closing as well. The whole process from listing to closing was less than 45 days.
