Stanley Steemer

They were not very expensive. They did a good job on water damage. We had to get a new carpet and we had to claim from the insurance. We upgraded the sump and we had to add it to the insurance. Stanley Steemer did a very poor job. It was their contractor who came to do the job. The steam was in the middle room and when the work was over the carpet looked like it was very old. I had many conversations with the sales person, who was excellent. However, the problem was with the company Stanley Steemer as they did not take any responsibility. They blamed it on the contractor who blamed on the carpet layer and carpet layer would not give our money back. It just went on and on and we never got the carpeting replaced. They were great with the water damage and dealt with the insurance company. I am not happy only with what they did with the carpet.

Ed did a great- above and beyond what his job required. Ed also handled many insurance calls from various adjusters, 4 to be exact. He fielded a lot of technical data that I would not have been able to correctly identify. We also chose to have Ed replace the carpeting and the company installers did a great job. I would strongly recommend Stanley Steemer for cleaning as well as any water damage. Please add this company to your list with an A+.

When you have a service provider come out to your home and tell you that they will get out the spots you have and also that they will do a really good job of cleaning, you expect this to be done. Well, when we had them come out, they did a semi decent cleaning job but the stains they concentrated on were still there when they left. I wasn t very happy and will not use them again. I don t remember what the price was, but it doesn t make a difference anyway. No price was worth a poor job.

This is another carpet cleaning company that I have tried recently that I have not been especially impressed with. I think they could have done a better job cleaning up the water out of the fibers, and been a little more professional about taking care of the legs of my furniture. They were also the most expensive.

The two men moved and replaced the furniture and put the little guards underneath. Even the heavy traffic area was left looking good. It dried fairly quickly

I received a phone call to let me know the crew was on its way. The crew arrived about 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment. They were friendly & professional. I had not had my carpet cleaned in years and had some old stains. They got those out. The entire appointment took about 1 hour (I had moved everything except heavy furniture out of the way before they arrived).

Very well. They were on time, courteous, and completed the job as expected.

They arrived on time (we were the first stop) and finished up in an hour or a little more. They couldn't get out all the stains from the previous owner but the carpet looks good.

I called to set up a carpet cleaning and learned they offered this service, too. Since we were doing both I decided to use them for both, they offered a 10% discount on the carpet cleaning and $50 off the duct cleaning after I choose this. The duct cleaning itself was fine, it was the dirt that came out that was the problem. They did not cover the carpet. I don't know if they knew we were getting them cleaned so they didn't bother, but it ended up staining our new carpeting in one room and the other carpeting throughout the house under the vents. The carpet cleaning did not get the stains out either. The process was long but overall they did a decent job other than the stains.

Very good job, polite and efficient. Removed stains in addition to regular cleaning. Workers were pleasant and quality-oriented.

They did a great job, polite, and quick. The problem was that it left a flowery smell for a day or 2.

They arrived on time and worked efficiently. Carpets looked great. No complaints.

They arrived a few minutes early, were very polite and well mannered. They were still very pleasant even after one of my chihuahuas tried to bite their boots! (I quickly put the dogs up after that!)

They called before they came out. The 2 young men who did the work were very polite and did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend this company.

A bit uncomfortable, the two men were friendly, but one was overly flirtatious. To his credit, he apologized for "all the flirting" before he left and I accepted his apology. The loveseat was cleaned very well, but the sofa had some cat hair still on it.

Overall experience was very good. I will call upon them again. My appt was scheduled between 8a & 10a. They arrived just after 8:30a which I consider on time. Idid expect a confirmation call at least the day before but didn't get one. I called the morning of the appt and was told that they should be pulling into my driveway any moment and there they were. I'm actually giving an A- grade for quality of work only because we had to ask them to go over some areas in the bedroom near both entry doors. I was told that due to high traffic thru the doors, the dirt would not come completely out and that the fibers of the carpet were too worn to completely get clean. I would rather have the rep point out the failed attempts then to have to point it out. After asking them to go over the areas one more time anyway the areas appeared cleaner to me and my husband. Raymond and his assistant were very professional, very clean, prompt, and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction.

My overall experience was very good. They couldn't get the stains completely out, but you can barely see them now. I didn't think they would be able to do anything with them, but they did a great job.

Very Pleased with work and their knowledge about their product. I had some pretty tuff stains on my carpets due to having a 2 yr old and everything came out.

It wasn't the greatest job, but the service was good.

THEY GOT MY CARPET A LOT CLEANER THEN OTHER COMPANIES. THEY WERE REALLY CAREFUL AROUND MY FURNITURE AND BASEBOARDS. ANYTHING I WAS NOT SATISFIED WITH THEY REDID.

THEY DID A VERY PROFESSIONAL JOB. THEY WERE VERY THOROUGH. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICE. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND GOT THE JOB DONE VERY QUICKLY. I THINK THEY OFFER A GOOD SERVICE AT A REASONABLE PRICE.

THEY ARRIVED ON TIME FOR THE APPOINTMENT. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND RESPECTFUL TO ME AND MY HOME. THEY DID THEIR WORK VERY WELL. THEY ARRIVED PREPARED AND READY TO GET THE JOB DONE. THEY WERE VERY GOOD.

THEY ARE REALLY REASONABLE WITH THEIR PRICES. THEY ARE VERY EASY TO WORK WITH; THEY CAME OUT THE DAY AFTER I CALLED THEM. THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND I THINK THEY CHARGED ME A GREAT PRICE.
